Pros:

Excellent séjour à l’ibis Sfax. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la qualité de l’accueil, le professionnalisme et la gentillesse du personnel. Une mention spéciale à Mr Sami Ben et Mme Fatima, qui ont été formidables : souriants, respectueux, disponibles et toujours prêts à aider. Leur sens du service fait vraiment la différence et donne une très belle image de l’hôtel.

Cons:

Rien à signaler, tout s’est très bien passé durant mon séjour.

Pros:

L'ibis était très bien, il y a un grand petit déjeuner avec des produits locaux au rez-de-chaussée. Il y a également une piscine. N'oubliez pas de demander les heures auxquelles la piscine est accessible. Nous sommes arrivés trop tard et parti trop tôt pour en profiter mais elle avait l'air magnifique. Le personnel est très gentil.
