Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt! Wunderschöne, ruhige Lage auf grossem, gepflegten Grundstück mit Pool. Charmante, saubere Zimmer. Komfortable Betten. Sehr freundliches , engagiertes Familienteam. Selbstgemachter Yoghurt und Kuchen. Viele regionale Lebensmittel und Rindfleisch vom eigenen Hof wurden lecker zubereitet. Auch abends gab es eine grosse Auswahl regionaler Gerichte Der Sternenhimmel nachts leuchtete klar und nah. Viele Wandermöglichkeiten unterschiedlicher Schwierigkeitsgrade in der Nähe.

We spent two nights at Hotel El Jisu. It's perfect if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful, clean, comfortable stay in the heart of the Picos. We booked the superior double which gave us plenty of room and a stunning view. On both evenings we ate in the restaurant and each morning we selected breakfast options The food and drink options are excellent. The hotel is a family run establishment and we were well looked after. It's short drive from Potes.

Cons:

The hotel is lovely and I would definitely stay again. I struggled a little getting in and out of the shower, as it was over the bath tub. I just had to be very careful. This may affect you if you have reduced balance or mobility.

Onbetaalbaar uitzicht! Geweldige plek! Super goed eten tegen een geweldige prijs. Hele leuke wandeling vlakbij de accommodatie, leuke persoonlijke tips.

Cons:

De badkamer rook naar riool maar dat had waarschijnlijk te maken met de droogte, we hebben dit super makkelijk opgelost door wc papier over het doucheputje te leggen. We misten een koelkast aangezien we wat langer verbleven, evenals glazen. De naastgelegen weg was voor ons geen probleem. We hadden wel het idee dat de eigenaren toe zijn aan vakantie 😁.

This was our favorite hotel from our whole two week road trip. The location was absolutely perfect. The views from anywhere on the hotel property were a dream. The staff was so friendly and helpful, including their wonderful dog who greeted us. The beds were also comfortable. I very much recommend.

Elegimos el Jisu por su cercanía con las rutas desde Fuente De y Mogrovejo. Nos encantó. El hotel está en un enclave precioso con vistas increíbles a la montaña y decorado con buen gusto y atención al detalle. El lugar está regentado por una familia (muy muy amable) y cuidan del hotel como lo que es, su propio hogar. Nos recibieron con una pequeña guía sobre los distintos puntos de interés de la comarca de Liébana y recomendaciones de senderismo (uno de los propietarios es guía de montaña). Tengo que mencionar también su cocina; casera, sabrosa y llena de productos locales. La familia tiene experiencia en restauración y se nota. Imprescindible probar los espárragos con panceta y el postre tradicional del lugar (canónigo). Recomiendo también aprovechar los desayunos (ofrecen distintas opciones).

En resumen, tienes la sensación de estar en un hogar donde abunda la tranquilidad y la amabilidad de los dueños, rodeado de naturaleza y donde puedes disfrutar de una gran cocina local. Extremadamente recomendable.
