Cercanía habitación a la recepción ocasionando mucho ruido y el ruido del gimnasio
La ubicación.
Eran muchas escaleras y mi madre no podía subir muchas.
La atención del personal de servicio muy bueno. El desayuno delicioso. El orden y aseo impecable. La disponibilidad de parqueadero perfecta.
Los colchones ya se encuentran deteriorados y no brindad el suficiente confort para el descanso.

El personal no era atento, el precio costoso para lo que ofrecen, la cama súper incómoda, el colchón parecía una colchoneta… la verdad no lo recomiendo y durante el día tienen una música súper ruidosa y fastidiosa.

La cama terrible, hay un gimnasio abajo del hotel y entrenan desde temprano hasta muy tarde, la música alta no deja descansar, el colchón tenía muchísima estática, las fotos no son bastante diferentes a la realidad de las habitaciones, por lo que pagamos hubiéramos podido tener un mejor lugar.
