Very good value for money
Pros:

It was very good value for money for a short stay. We stayed for one night. the room was much bigger than expected and the staff were very helpful. If you are looking for a short stay this hotel is a good option

Rooms are comfortable. but staff is bad
Pros:

When Im booking i saw breakfast include. but not included breakfast. We request toothpaste from staff and will pay us. they did not provide us. I entered my card details before booking. They told me we did not pay. We paid again. Staff is very bad. Not friendly.

Pros:

Отель за свои деньги очень хороший. Но..... как только выходишь на улицу, попадаешь в ад. Бездомные валяются прямо на тротуарах, много попрошаек. Страшно ходить.

Great stay and would stay again!
Pros:

The room was huge as well as the bed, the bathroom was a good size to and had an amazing shower. The best we’ve had in Sri Lanka. The WiFi is also good and the AC. The location is away from the upper part of town but there’s plenty around. The rooftop also has good views of the city and there is a beer shop outside. You can also only enter the hotel floors via the reception lift so security has definitely been increased.

Cons:

Not a major issue but the rooftop ‘sky lounge’ wasn’t anything other than a roof (just a shame it wasn’t an actual sky lounge). Also the stair doors are locked and waiting for the lift sometimes took awhile but again nothing big major. It also made us feel safe knowing no one from outside could come to the floor from outside the hotel.
