Hotel a 15 minuti dal lungo mare.
Pros:

Personale molto gentile e disponibile, abbiamo chiesto di avere la colazione in anticipo rispetto all’orario previsto perché dovevamo prendere un pulmann e ci hanno preparato due doggy bag super complete. Camera pulita e letto comodo. Aria condizionata ed acqua calda.

Cons:

La camera non era accogliente come in foto. Le lampade sopra il letto erano rotte, mancava il tavolo e anche in bagno c’erano accessori rotti.

Für die Durchreise absolut ausreichend und eine günstige Möglichkeit.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es hat für uns die Fahrt nach Tissamaharama organisiert, die günstig und zuverlässig war.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zweibettzimmer Deluxe und ein Dreibettzimmer Deluxe gebucht. Letzteres hatte mit den Bildern im Angebot nichts mehr gemeinsam, außer den drei Betten. Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut, der Fernseher fehlte, das Bad war sehr schäbig und die Größe des Zimmers war deutlich geringer.

Overall, it was an excellent stay at the hotel.
Pros:

The room was spotless and quiet, the staff were so welcoming, and the location made everything easy. Highly recommend! One of the best hotels we have stayed in the city of Colombo in Sri Lanka. Comfortable bed, great shower, and most of the team members at the front desk and restaurants went above and beyond.

Easily rectify a few negative aspects and this would be 10/10 stay l!
Pros:

Very spacious room and fantastic shower.

Good restaurant within the hotel which is reasonably priced and serves tasty food.

Pleasant staff

Cons:

Wifi did not work at all in the room. We reported this to several members of staff who said they’d ’recharge the WiFi’ but it did not make a difference.

We had to ask a couple times for towels.

Mugs, tea bags etc laid out but no kettle, just a bit random?

Remote for AC nowhere to be seen.

Stay was just about manageable.
