الغرفه كبيره ونظيفه والسرير مريح جدا
موقع الفندق بين شارع العرب القديم والجديد
الطاقم لطيفين ساعدوني بطلب من المطعم عدت مرات دون الحاجه الى الخروج من الفندق بالايام الممطرة
المترو بالشارع المقابل للفندق يوجد جسر مشاه بالقرب منه
يوجد سوبر ماركت و سبا بنفس المبنى للفندق
ركبوا لي شطاف ماء بدورة المياة عندما طلبت منهم

L'hôtel est très bien situé, en face de zoo. Le métro est juste à côté, pratique. Le lit est super comfortable. La chambre est bien, propre. Les personnels sont aimable. Bon rapport qualité prix.

La señora de la limpieza entro a mi habitación todos los días, aun habiendo la señal de NO MOLESTAR, llamaba a la puerta y yo le decía que NO, y aun así entraba.....y encima se reía cuando me veía en toalla, una vez estuvo a punto de pillarme sin ropa porque estaba saliendo de la ducha.
Me pareció fatal su actitud.
El baño con moho, se nota que no limpian bien, la alfombra con manchas, bastante sucia.
Cuando llegamos al hotel a hacer check In no me sentí bienvenida, las mujeres de recepción bastante lejanas, robotizadas y serias.

My stay was good
Pros:

The breakfast was fine the location was good across the road from the metro even though you have a 5 min walk to get to the other side you cannot just walk across you have to use a walkway
