Calm, friendly, welcoming environment.
Pros:

Staff are always friendly and happy to help. Have stayed on 2 separate occasions and had met 2 different members of staff in the reception both times. Both absolutely friendly a wicked people. Happy to help with anything you take to them and always seem to be smiling and happy.

Cons:

Only thing id say is the pillows are thin (did ask at reception for an extra pillow which came in like 2 minutes) but thats me being picky if anything.

Pros:

Very welcoming staff. Very nice room; clean, tidy, and spacious. I thought, as it's above a pub, it might be a bit noisy and maybe rundown, but quite the opposite. The hotel feels like a separate annex, and as good as some well-known national hotel brands.

Cons:

Nothing to not like to be honest.

Great for work.
Pros:

The reception staff were lovely. The location is very convenient for almost anything you would need on a short business trip.

Cons:

My room was right by the pub's refrigeration units, so when I did open my windows for air, the noise was a tad irritating.
