Pros:

L’emplacement, la propreté, les équipements

Cons:

La façon dont j’ai été traité par la receptioniste à mon arrivée.
Nous étions 5 et j’ai acheté 2 chambres pour le séjour.(ch202 et 216)
J’ai demandé 1 chambre avec 2 double bed ou 1 chambre avec Sofa bed.
On me repond qu’il n’y en n’a pas de dispo.
Je suis contraint de prendre une chambre supplémentaire (207) pour y mettre mion fils. Et là surprise la chambre qu’on me vend à un sofa bed.😡😡😡

Things can be different and changed to accommodate the guests.
Pros:

Love the bed. It’s so comfortable.

Cons:

Please don’t put us near the elevator or stairs. It gets loud and very noisy. The breakfast often ran out of food and no substitutions or replacements. The servers were nice but cleaning up before the 10am closing is not good when customers are still arriving to eat. Parking is too expensive. When a parking lot is built to be included with the accommodation.

Perfect stay
Pros:

I liked everything about the hotel. Perfect location, a comfortable place to relax and from there to move on. Everything was clean and nicely prepared, and the staff was kind and helpful.

Consistantly good
Pros:

We usually stay here when visiting family in Irvine. Personnel nice, rooms clean and comfortable breakfast buffet very good.

Cons:

The extra $30 charge for parking and they take a $50 additional charge for possible expenses. They return the balance in about 10 days so Hilton also profits on millions float.
