Ce que j'ai pas aimé c'est le personnel lors de check-out le 02.06.26 à 5:00 du matin.
J'avais un vol de Mohamed V à 8h00
J'ai demandé le taxi à 5:00, et je voulais attendre le taxi à la réception, mais l'homme qui a été là-bas m'a mis dehors avec mon baggage. Car il il voulait dormir. Je lui ai demandé d'attendre un peu "je peux pas sortir avant que le taxi arrive, on sais jamais, tout est possible" mais lui ne voulait rien discuter, il n'a meme pas la culture de me demander avec politesses "svp je veux dormir...etc" il m'a donner l'ordre de sortir avec toute audacité et impolitesse.
Franchement je devais éviter tt conflit possible parce que je peux pas rater le vol. Mais si j'avais pas de vol, je aurais fait avec lui n'importe quoi.
Il m'a totalement énervé mais heureusement je suis resté calme. Tfou 3lik

Su ubicación ya que está en el centro. El personal de recepción muy amable.

Cons:

El Internet no servía de sus 4 redes se conectaba por momentos, limpieza no estaba 100%. Es un hotel bastante viejo. Lo recomendaría solo en caso que llegues tarde y sea solo para dormir.

I really enjoyed my night's stay here and would definitely recommend it to others
Pros:

The staff were brilliant. I arrived on my motorcycle and they helped me to get the bags off and then let me park in their underground car park on site. For a biker, having this secure parking is EVERYTHING and to be helped up to my room with bags was awesome. Better still, they recommended a really excellent fish restaurant as I wanted to try a particular dish.

The room was spacious, clean and had comfortable bedding. I got a good view out the front of the hotel and for the money, I thought this was excellent value. It's not the Ritz, but if you're on a budget, don't hesitate to book in here - I really enjoyed my stay.

Cons:

Nothing. Honestly, this was exactly what I wanted out of a budget stay. Yes, it was a bit noisy, but this is Casablanca and it's never going to be perfectly tranquil. I travel with earplugs and you should too.
