It is an interesting building in hacienda style with a beautiful garden and restaurant terrace. The breakfast was very good as well.

Beautiful hacienda like building with nice inside courtyard. Perfectly located at the entrance of the town and in front of the lake. Easy walk around the entire area and for the dune buggy tours (which everyone does)
Nice big room with big bathroom. We would have preferred a double bed and a single but got 3 twin beds, seem the prior was harder to book.
The breakfast was nice and well staffed. Check in Reception staff person was slow but nice.
They had a pool but it was badly indicated and across the street in a completely different building and you had to be let in by security.
Asked for a quiet room and our was on the front entrance street so quiet a lot of passersby, some even sitting on our windowsill and car noises.

Se entiende que las instalaciones son un poco antiguas, pero el baño tenía un olor a humedad y el agua se salía del baño.
O hotel é bonito e bem localizado, os quartos são bem amplos.
O quarto tinha detalhes de pintura que precisava melhorar. Tinha poucas tomadas para carregar celular.

No funcionaba la televisión de ninguna de las habitaciones.
Le décor de la cour intérieure
La salle de bains d'un autre temps et le réglage de l'eau de la douche a l'ancienne compliqué. Les chambres demande un gros effort de rénovation. Et il serait judicieux d'avoir des rideaux aux fenêtres.
L'hôtel est splendide. La cour intérieure est magnifique, un petit bout de paradis. La chambre est beaucoup moins belle, sombre mais grande. La notre était bruyante car elle donnait sur la rue.
Il y a un parking pour les clients.
Le petit déjeuner est vraiment bien.
Nous avons voulu aller au restaurant de l'hôtel pour le souper car nous étions fatiguées et avons pensé que ce serait plus simple. Nous l'avons bien regretté car malgré le fait que nous ayons choisi un repas extrêmement simple, il a fallu plus d'UNE HEURE pour que nos plats arrivent. Et franchement ça n'est pas acceptable, nous avons été contraintes de les harceler pour qu'ils nous donnent des nouvelles tandis que tous les clients (dont ceux arrivés après nous) étaient partis depuis un bon moment.

Las instalaciones del hotel son bellísimas , el parque , el resto , la piscina. La ubicación es única, frente a la laguna y a los médanos.
Las habitaciones son muy antiguas, el baño está un poco venido a menos y de la ducha sale un chorro de agua por falta de mantenimiento. Volvería a elegirlo tanque esas pequeñeces no empañan la belleza de hotel.
