10/10 breakfast experience - highly recommend
Pros:

The breakfast experience alone was absolutely incredible and worth the stay here! The love, effort and passion that went into it, along with the service overall was truely unforgettable. Great location, and clean room. Couldn’t recommend more.

Viel zu teuer für das, was es war
Cons:

Bei der Ankunft war Rezeption nicht besetzt, trotz vorher angegebener Ankunftszeit, Zimmer war feucht und muffig, Bettwäsche und Handtücher klamm, mega hellhöriges Zimmer. Für den Preis hätte man wirklich mehr erwarten können.

Pros:

The staff in the reception and the manager was great. Also the three course breakfast was very delicious. Very easy to walk everywhere in the city centre and also tram and bus stop just outside the door.

Das Frühstück war sensationell!
Der Boiler hat getropft, das Problem wurde umgehend behoben.
Die Lage ist top und wir konnten alles zu Fuß oder mit der Bahn erreichen, welche direkt vor der Tür liegt.

Niet zomaar een hotel, maar een zeer bijzonder hotel met een warm hart en een geweldige ontbijt!
Pros:

Als dit hotel meer dan 10 punten kon krijgen, zou ik ze geven. Wat een geweldig hotel met prachtig warm en enthousiast personeel. Maar het meest bijzondere is het ontbijt! Alsof je in een vijf sterrenrestaurant zit!

Pros:

After a friendly and helpful welcome we were helped up one flight of stairs to our spacious room with good bathroom and tea making equipment. Location in the lower town was perfect for arriving by coach and sight seeing. Our road was busy and served by a tram line but our room overlooked the courtyard and was quiet. Recommended restaurants were excellent. The Chocolate Museum was a highlight. Locking ourselves out was a lowlight but soon solved by a call to the housekeeper.

Cons:

We got sick one day after eating unwashed strawberries from the market. Beware.
