The dinner was great, rooms were good, vine was great, didn't use the pool, but it looked great, and selection on honest bar stand was interesting and rather wide

If you are booking this place expecting peace and tranquillity, think twice
Pros:

The culinary experience at La Raia was truly remarkable: from breakfast to dinner, every dish reflected the outstanding quality of the ingredients and the talent of the chef and kitchen staff. Equally impressive was the professionalism of the team, especially the attentive dining staff and the expertise of the sommeliers.

Cons:

Unfortunately, aside from the dinners, the overall experience felt greatly overrated considering the price paid.

1 - Children were everywhere. If you are booking this place expecting peace and tranquillity, think twice: very young children are allowed throughout the property, including the spa pool area, which at times felt more like a children’s pool than a wellness space. During my stay, children were jumping into the pool and making so much noise that I eventually had to leave and return to my room. Even the gourmet dinner experience, priced at €150 per person, accommodated young children in the same dining area, which significantly diminished the sense of exclusivity and relaxation one would expect at that level.

2 - The rooms were quite standard and did not feel in line with the pricing. My room overlooked the road, meaning I had to keep the curtains closed whenever changing because passersby could easily see inside, and there was noticeable noise from outside. There were no complimentary snacks or small welcome amenities in the room, as everything displayed was chargeable. Additionally, the electrical outlets felt outdated, with no USB ports or international-friendly adapters for guests travelling from abroad
