Wij werden erg vriendelijk ontvangen door Ronald, de host. Denkt mee en geeft het gevoel dat alles mogelijk is, in overleg. Mooie ligging, dicht bij het Rembrandtplein. Mooi hotel in oude stijl. Goed onderhouden. Sfeervol. Heerlijke bedden. Schone kamers. Alles is aanwezig. Goed ontbijt. Top locatie. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Geen tegenvallers.

Pros:

L'emplacement très central. Literie propre et confortable

Cons:

Vétusté de la chambre surtout salle de bain et particulièrement douche . Bruit de tuyauterie dès qu'on ouvre le robinet. Mauvaise isolation avec le palier et les chambres à proximité. Un 3 étoiles pour presque 600 et 2 nuits ....bof

Traditional Amsterdam hotel with fabulus views in unbeatable location.
Pros:

Fantastic location and view overlooking the bustling river Amstel in the heart of Amsterdam. 20 mins walk from Rijksmusem, 20 mins walk from Central station and 5 mins walk from Rembrandstsplein or Canal boat tours. Our room had 2 comfy chairs and a small table in the window so great for watching the world go by. Excellent breakfast with wide range of options. Helpful staff who (of course!) spoke fluent English.

Cons:

Breakfast not available before 08.00 which was a minor inconvenience in terms of planning outings.
