Pros:

One of the best hotels we visited, staff was exceptionally kind and helpful and service is given in a relaxed and helpful way. Hotel itself is beautifully designed, we loved the decor, espresso machine in our room, breakfast near the small river and the choice to be seated where we wish. Location near a beautiful park and view of the mountains. All on all wonderful and super recommended.

l’accueil hyper chaleureux
Le prêt de sac à dos et de bâtons de marche pour la randonnée
Le petit déjeuner est parfait et le restaurant vraiment à faire
Lit et SDB très confortable

Cons:

pas le temps de tester le spa et notre séjour méritait plus de nuitée

Perfect in every way.
Pros:

Phenomenal hotel. Really one of the hotels I have stayed in. The rooms have a modern mountain feel and the attention to detail is throughout the hotel. The rooms are excellent. If possible, ask for a room with a Mountain View. Absolutely make a reservation at their restaurant and plan for a long dinner. The food is EXCEPTIONAL. Do not skip the restaurant!!! Finally, make sure to go up to the rooftop pool. It is gorgeous. This hotel is worth the splurge.

Cons:

Nothing. This was about as perfect as a hotel gets.
