See what I didn't like
This is a case of misleading advertising. The location shown on Booking.com is incorrect. The actual property is about five blocks farther up a steep hill. Although the property appears to have updated its location on Google Maps, that location is also incorrect. From that point, the hotel is another two blocks uphill.
If you use Street View, you will not see the property at the marked location. However, if you continue about two blocks farther up the road, you will eventually see the hotel sign.
The main issue is that the road leading up the hill is in very poor condition and is difficult to access without an AWD or 4WD vehicle. I arrived at night and it was almost impossible to find the hotel due to the incorrect location and road conditions.
If you are arriving after dark or you don't know the area, I recommend avoiding this hotel. In my experience, it is unlikely you will receive a refund if you are unable to find the property.

Excelente todas las instalaciones, me gusto mucho la habitación, amplia y buen servicio del personal.
La distancia con el centro del Cusco, muy lejos siempre andar en taxi es complicado para ir y regresar, se hace complejo, todo lindo pero muy alejado del Centro Histórico.
Te resuelve problemas el personal.

Het ligt een stukje buiten Cusco maar daardoor wel op een rustige locatie. Het dorpje is leuk om te verkennen. De kamer is ruim. Het enige nadeel was de douche die af en toe ijskoud en dan ineens erg heet werd. Ook het matje dat ze in de douche hadden liggen was glad en haalden we er steevast uit. Verder een prima hotel met eenvoudig ontbijt. Helaas konden we niet zwemmen omdat zwembad nog niet vol zat. In de maand mei dus even controleren.
Nice hotel for the value of the cost. Nice mountain views. It is a bit far from the Cuso, taxi does not cost mush (around 20 sol) but it takes some time especially in the busy hour.
