朝食の質が良かった

Cons:

領収書を発行してもらったのですが、金額が間違っていたのでフロントに再発行依頼をしたら、宿泊代は発行できないと言われた。一回目は発行したのにスタッフによって対応が違う。支払いはクレジットカードでも貴社に宿泊した代金なので貴社が領収書を発行すべきだ!!

Pros:

A 10 minutos andando de takayama estation..
Tenía biblioteca y se podían coger libros para las habitaciones.
También nos gustó los baños onsen. Había zona familiar y la verdad es que a gusto..
Desayuno variado y todo rico. Aunque mayormente japones.. pero también mola.

Pros:

La habitación estaba muy bien, un poco más amplia de lo que es Japón en general. A unas cuadras de la estación, y un poco mas lejos del centro histórico. A una 10/15 cuadras de la calle principal, donde están la mayoría de los restaurantes.

Für uns hat es bestens gepasst!
Pros:

Ein schönes Hotel mit schönen, geräumigen und sauberen Zimmer. Sehr freundliches Personal, eigene Parklpätze vorhanden, verschiedene Möglichkeiten für Snacks und Getränke, eigene Onsen Möglichkeit inkl. Privatbäder für Familien (!), Loungebar, Lobby mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten. Super Lage, alles in angenehmer Fusswegdistanz erreichbar.

Cons:

Die Lounge oben war extrem klimatisiert, dass es schon unangenehm wurde. Die Idee von Selfservice mag unkompliziert sein, aber dafür fehlen echte Begegnungen und somit auch echter Service.

Loved it!
Pros:

Good location, not too far away from the bus station and old town! They offer two public Onsens (1 female & 1 male) and four private onsens (on first come, first served basis). We only used the private one and we loved it!

Cons:

During our stay there were american school classes visiting. They were very loud, especially in the night running around in the hallways. The rooms are not very soundproof in regards to the hallway.
