Pros:

前台，餐廳，接送人員，服務都非常棒。當天礁溪下大雨，還安排房客提早入住，真的很貼心。

Cons:

房間浴池泡湯完，排水過程會有長時間的水流噪音，且會上下層影響，打擾作息安寧。

這次住宿被安排在10樓，晚上大約10:30左右準備就寢一直聽到天花板有馬達聲音及微微震動感，反應櫃檯後有立即處理

浴室及浴缸空間很大，但是有嚴重的黃垢…
