とにかく立地が最高！お部屋も広くて過ごしやすかった☆
Pros:

ロケーション抜群。正面玄関出て右手30秒で、街の中心地スフトール広場、コンビニ。朝晩の散歩に最適。
建物の前が遊歩道になっているのは、とても良い。
建物は、長屋作りで一つ一つは、小さなホテル、1階にレストラン店舗が入っている。
ピザハット、パブ、カフェ、イタリアン、吉野家（8：00～20：30）
朝食は、イングリッシュブレックワースト。とても美味しかった！
週4か週5で、9時～18時頃に日本語を話せる（日本に住んだことのある）スタッフがフロントにいる。
とても親切に対応してくれた。テレビチャンネルは多く、NHK見られる。
バスタブ（お風呂エリア）は広く、お湯も十分に出ました！
延泊でも掃除は毎日ではないので、タオル交換希望の場合は、申し出る。

Cons:

構造立地上、太陽が当たりにくい為、お部屋がひんやりして、すごく寒かった。
宿泊日は冷え込んでおり、6月～9月中旬は、客室内にあるガスストーブが停止している為、フロントで電気ストーブを借りた。ブランケットの貸出はなし。
夜間（チェックインの際）のスタッフは、英語は通じない。愛想は、まったく良くない。
モンゴル語のみの為、アプリを準備すると良い。現地ホテルを利用している感じがあって、これもまた、よし。
部屋のWi-Fiのパスワードは、ルームキーに書いてある。
（言葉で説明してくれないので、わからなかった。Wi-Fiパスワードとは書いてない。）
テレビ操作は苦慮する。2つリモコンがあり、1つは画面をつけるだけの物、1つはチャンネルを選ぶ用、
チャンネルは、床にあるルーターに向けて変える。

​I was in a difficult situation needing to take the airport bus without any cash, and I was so touched by how genuinely helpful the staff were. They went above and beyond, making calls on my behalf and checking with local convenience stores to figure out how to top up my card, acting as if it were their own problem. In the end, they even let me use their own Mongolian phone numbers so I could register for the UBcard app and generate the QR code needed for the bus.
​I was already satisfied with the hotel's excellent facilities and location, but the incredibly kind way they handled my awkward request has left me with such wonderful memories of Mongolia. I want to express my sincere gratitude to everyone who helped me with such dedication.
Also, when I first stayed at the hotel, I mentioned that I wouldn't be able to have breakfast since I had to check out at 4:00 AM. They kindly prepared a packed sandwich for me the night before so I could take it with me. Although I had some trouble with the shower not working properly during my first visit, it worked perfectly with no issues on my second stay. It really made me feel that they pay close attention to maintaining their hotel facilities. This is honestly the kindest hotel I have ever visited, and I would definitely love to stay here again if I ever return to Ulaanbaatar.

Oulaan Bator central admirablement situé
Pros:

Accueil très sympathique et personnel à l'écoute. La chambre est très confortable et spacieuse. Le véritable attrait de cet hôtel est son emplacement à 2 pas de la place Genghis Khan, dans une jolie petite rue piétonne, calme et bordée de restaurants avec terrasses.

Cons:

Il faut choisir son type de petit déjeuner la veille. Un buffet serait plus rapide.

Decent inner city stay
Pros:

+ Great location, right next to Sukhbaatar Square, museums, and restaurants.
+ Cute exterior - The row of buildings are all painted in different colours and make a great photo op. There was even a marriage photo shoot during my stay.
+ Large spacious rooms with bright windows, international power points, comfy bed
+ Concierge guy stayed back after hours (slept on couch in lobby) because I had to check out at 3am to catch a 6am flight. Very much appreciated the commitment.

Cons:

- The water from the sink came out yellow brown and had a metallic smell. I used the bottled water provided in the room instead.
- The showerhead holder was broken and kept falling off, water also had a metallic smell.
- Room had a strange mothball smell

Pros:

とても清潔で、掃除やタオル交換も毎日してくれました。部屋は広くて静かで過ごしやすいです。選べる朝食はとても美味しかった。スタッフはとても親切で毎日のミネラルウォーターのサービスもありました。特に良かったのはロケーションです。空港からシャトルバスが近くまで来ていて、そこからは徒歩圏内です。また、美味しいレストランやカフェもたくさんあり、博物館美術館など観光の名所も徒歩圏内です。この値段でここまで好条件のホテルは他に無いと思います。強くおすすめします。

Cons:

設備はやや老朽化していて、部屋のドアが閉まりにくかったりということがありました。でも利点が大きいので無視できる欠点です。

Good value, clean, and very well located, a very good option for staying in Ulanbataar.
Pros:

Very well located in an attractive pedestrian row very close to the main square and the Chinggis Khaan Museum. The room was very spacious, with a large bed, and even had a separate kitchenette. The staff are very kind and helpful. One can have breakfast served in the room at no extra charge (it’s a la carte, not buffet)

Cons:

My bathroom had a deep bathtub with a hand-held shower head whose wall hook was very high up on the wall and kept the shower head in a vertical position, so showering and especially washing one’s hair is awkward because one always has to hold the shower head in one hand
