Ich hab noch einen Koffer im Savoy.
Pros:

War eine Weile nicht da und es war wie ein Ankommen in Herzlichkeit und Wärme. Ich kann in Köln in kein anderes Hotel gehen, da ich sonst das Gefühl hätte, diesen Schatz zu betrügen.

Pros:

A stylish hotel and nice sauna. Close to the cathedral. It has a huge Penny supermarket and Asia supermarket right next to the hotel. But most importantly, the staff. I got (very unexpectedly) upgraded on check in. On check out, I managed to forget my favourite clothing item and the hotel has arranged its delivery to London. The hotel may be ranked at 4*, but the facilities and customer service are definitely 5*.

Soweit war alles okay ich würde es für diesen Preis aber nicht nochmal aussuchen.
Pros:

Das Haus hat einen sehr eigenen Charme, super freundliche Mitarbeiter und ich mag das etwas glitzrige und plüschige Design :)

Cons:

Leider empfand ich die Ausstattung, Größe des Zimmers & auch das Frühstück nicht dem doch sehr hohen Preis dafür gerechtfertigt. Es wirkt in die Jahre gekommen auch wenn das Haus sich durch seine Mitarbeiter und den eigenen Charme trägt.
