Pros:

Fantastisk och hjälpsam personal.

Cons:

Hotellet ligger vid en väldigt vältrafikerad väg. Trafikbullret höll igång nästan dygnet runt – jag vet att det inte är hotellets fel, men jag känns tvungen att nämna det.

Great Stay, and Good Value for Money
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay Here. The room was comfortable, clean, and very well located for exploring Amman.

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality really made the stay special. The atmosphere was relaxed, and it felt like great value for money.

A great choice if you're visiting Amman and want somewhere comfortable and convenient to stay.

Cons:

It would be great if the hotel could consider reviewing its policy regarding items left behind by guests. Rather than disposing of them immediately, it would be helpful for staff to contact guests when items are found in the room , particularly the fridge after check-out, giving them an opportunity to collect them if possible.
