Stay without hesitation.
Pros:

This is my favorite place to stay and I have stayed countless times, working in town. The family that owns it could not be kinder and understanding. It has a washer and dryer - on site, cold AC and clean showers.
Worth every penny.

Cons:

It can be noisy because contractors frequent the place,. manageable though for sure.

Large rooms, side exit doors.

Cons:

The breakfast was a little shallow. There were no eggs, meat, grits, potatoes. Just a continental breakfast. 🫤

Hotel was a decent stay for the price.
Pros:

Great location, clean beds, reasonable price

Cons:

Had to ring a bell for service; for example checking in & out, when the breakfast bar needed attention. The second floor hallway had a strong bad odor. Had to use Lysol wipes to wipe down bathroom in room to feel comfortable using. Unfortunately the waffles at the breakfast bar had a bad taste and wasn’t edible.
