The hotel itself is decent. It was better than I expected, but parking is atrocious. Customer service is lacking.
Pros:

The room was clean, very comfortable, and the location was good for why I was in the area.

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that the parking lot was absolutely tiny. When I came in after having Ben out that evening, there was no place to park at all. After about 10 minutes, trying to find the Front Desk person, he finally came out and showed me that I could park in the driveway in the back of the property.
