Instalaciones sobrias, elegantes y muy cómodas. Siempre uno se siente cómodo y bien atendido. El personal es muy amable y gentil. Los horarios de atención son amplios y adecuados, lo que facilita comer o consumir algo, de ser necesario. La piscina es maravillosa.
Hubo retraso en el ingreso a la habitación, que no fue muy bien explicado, lo que generó un momento incómodo. No obstante, fue salvado satisfactoriamente.
Siempre las dependencias de la piscina y su bar.
El mobiliarios de la habitación, no tenía cajones o dependencias para guardar ropa como, ropa interior y otras prendas etc. No hay ganchos para colgar las toallas en el baño, no hay donde dejar las toallas mojadas existen espacios vacíos donde podrían poner un sofá o sillón. Es lo que me tocó de habitación. El desayuno bajo su calidad, yo no iba al hotel hace muchos años atrás. Hace falta la cancha de fútbol de pasto más verde. Muchos salones para reposar y.no se ve gente haciendo uso de aquello. La cafetería era muy rica. Falta un lugar así dentro del hotel, donde uno pueda comerse una rica torta . Espero ser un aporte no una crítica.

bueno el cambio de horario, hace que no aperturen el desayuno tarde. pero fue por poco tiempo.
La atención es muy buena y la ubicación de lugar es perfecta.
Recomiendo evaluar los colchones. De las 3 camas que tenía nuestra habitación, 2 ya están con los resortes deteriorados.

Cuando llegamos no funcionaba el aire acondicionado y hacía mucha humedad, tuvimos que esperar para que lo solucionaran. Lo que rescato es que nos dieron un bebestible por el inconveniente (pero fue por mi insistencia). No tienen máquina de café en el buffet del desayuno, solo en termos ya preparados, poca variedad en el desayuno en comparación con la competencia.
Sus instalaciones , es cómodo , acogedor para la familia , todo limpio e impecable , muy ordenado , los desayunos estaban increíble
