Both treadmills were broke, one with a date of 5/29/26!! Date of stay was 9/13/26. Part of this hotel selection was because of the workout room being open 24/7. No good with nonworking equipment.
Went down to the breakfast bar and the coffee was gone, the yogurt was gone and the fruit looked as if it had been out for a week. I’ll pass on this hotel!
I loved how clean, comfortable, and well-maintained the hotel was. The location was excellent and very convenient for our trip to Pittsburgh, and the price was extremely affordable for the quality of the property. My husband, grandson, and I felt comfortable throughout our entire stay. The atmosphere was welcoming, the property was nice, and overall it was a great value and an excellent experience. I would definitely stay here again!
The only thing I didn’t particularly care for was the breakfast selection. I don’t eat red meat, and unfortunately there weren’t any turkey options available, such as turkey sausage or turkey bacon. I would love to see a few alternative breakfast protein options added for guests with different dietary preferences. Other than that, I truly enjoyed my stay and had no complaints!

I travel to Cranberry Township once and a while I am recommending the stay there when we are down there.

Rooms have been renovated but closet doors and floor track were missed & show rust. A minor detail but noticed.
Also RCA TVs outdated but hey Westinghouse is right across from them so they’re good neighbors!

Cleanliness, location was convenient
When stuck in an elevator on their property we felt that the company should have recompensated us to some extent. But instead we were offered points on their rewards program. There are too many other properties in the same area that we will stay at before considering this one again
Lobby area was very appealing. Reception was very good.
Breakfast seemed a little disorganized. Coffee and hot water were not together for beverages. The person talking care of area did not seem to want bothered. If not a morning person willing to answer questions and be helpful in general then breakfast bar is not the place for them to work.
Rooms during the summer should be air conditioned especially during humid summer. The room did not seem fresh when we first arrived almost a damp musty environment.
But lowering the AC helped after a while.
