My one night stay in this hotel was not satisfactory.
Pros:

The receptionist Miss Nurul's service is satisfactory

Cons:

The bed sheet and blanket and pillow cases did not look clean. The blanket was thin and not comfortable. The towels were thin unlike many hotels supplying thick towels.

Great price for a short sleep over
Pros:

Very clean, check in was great with helpful staff. Location is pretty good and has ample parking space too. Room was quiet and bed is comfortable as well.

Pros:

I stayed at this hotel mainly because I had a family member admitted to Hospital Sultan Aminah. The location was very convenient for my situation. There are plenty of food options and convenience stores nearby, so it was easy to get meals and daily necessities during my stay.

I would also like to commend the hotel staff for being very helpful and understanding. When my family member’s discharge from the hospital was delayed, the staff kindly assisted me in arranging an extension of my stay, which made a stressful situation much easier to manage.

Overall, I appreciate the convenience of the location and the supportive service from the staff during a difficult time.
