Great location but needs a good clean
Pros:

Well-explained check-in process that was easy to follow. Great location — right next to the tube station and the start of Camden High Street. We booked parking only a 3 minute walk away, so that was very convenient. The room had aircon, so it was nice and cool. Lots of steps to reach the 3rd floor, but the noise was bearable with earplugs when sleeping.

Cons:

My main gripe was the lack of cleanliness. There were so many hairs in the shower — most disgustingly, several on the shower head itself — that I started to wonder whether it had been cleaned at all. It made me feel quite gross during my shower! I also noticed crumbs by the bed. Such a shame, because my review would have been a lot higher if it'd been clean. The room was very small, but it isn't an issue if you're just using it to sleep and get ready.

Pros:

great location, super confortable bed and the room was nice. The room was better than most of the rooms we tried in London for the same price range. Pia was super nice and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay. we may come back and 100% recommend it!

Lovely and will come back

Absolutely loved our stay. The location is fantastic, the airco works really well and the bed is super comfy. After arriving we asked it there maybe was a slightly bigger room/bed available and there was. Pia is super helpful and kind

Cons:

No dislikes, just be aware that there are no elevators and the stairs are steep.
