Pleasant Stay
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place is clean, cozy, and very comfortable, with a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere.

The owner is incredibly kind, friendly, and hospitable, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. They were always helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.

The location is great, and everything was exactly as described. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant experience. We would be happy to stay here again in the future!

❌ Absolutely unacceptable ❌

⚠️Total scam! Room looks nothing like the pictures, mold, bugs, and rude staff⚠️
Do not book this place! The photos on Booking.com are a complete lie. I arrived in Tbilisi at 2 AM and had to stay the first night as a last resort, but I checked out immediately the next morning.

The accommodation was a nightmare:
●False Advertising & Terrible Location: The room looks nothing like the photos and is located extremely far from everything.
●Hygiene & Health Hazards: There is mold on the bathroom wall and near the bed. The room was filthy, and the sink drainage was completely clogged.
●Bugs: You won't feel lonely here—expect plenty of flying insects and spiders.

The next morning, the reception staff rejected my complaints in an extremely rude and arrogant manner.

Huge thanks to Booking.com customer service for their great efforts and trying to help, despite the hotel's absolute refusal to cooperate.

Save your money and avoid this health hazard!

Cons:

* Too far from the city centre about 30 min ride, about 1 hour ride to the airport.
*The toilet was very dirty, looked like it was never cleaned and sanitised.
* Bed mattresses were horrible, impossible to sleep, pure metal wires nothing else.
* No cafes around.
* The balcony doesn't look the same as in the pictures.
* The floor was dusty and full of someone's hair.

W porządku na jedną noc
Pros:

Hotel w spokojnej okolicy Tbilisi. Był pokój z fajnym balkonem, z którego można było oglądać góry. Obsługa miła i pomocna, pomogli nam ze wszystkim, czego potrzebowaliśmy. Właściciel przed naszym wyjazdem dał nam w prezencie butelkę białego domowego wina, co było bardzo miłe.

Cons:

Pokoje nieco zużyte i potrzebują odświeżenia, ale ogólnie ok.
