Pros:

A very cozy hotel with a genuinely warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are always friendly, attentive, and helpful. I often travel to Tbilisi for work, and I’m always happy to stay here. From the moment I arrive, I feel right at home. Highly recommended!

When our car was leaving twice because of the concrete at the entrance

The catalyst was damaged by hitting the high concrete on the ground. Our vehicle broke down, if you have a long vehicle like fusion, DO NOT COME!

Хочется передать привет хозяину этой гостиницы Славе - алчному и лживому человеку, которым своим поведением напрочь убивает традицию грузинского гостеприимства. Да, при заселении вам предлагают бонус в виде двух пластмассовых бутылок бормотухи под видом домашнего вина. За десять дней проживания номер ни разу не убирался. Замок в двери номера требовал определённых заклинаний для открытия и закрытия. Слив в душе забит. Слава, хозяин, относится к категории грузин, которые просыпаются с первой мыслью - как кого-то развести на деньги. То, что я оплачивал продление проживания он забыл, типа, напрочь. В надежде что я нетрезвый не помню. Спустя некоторое время нашлась запись в тетради с отражением этого факта. Да, бухгалтерия тут ведётся по-старинке. По причине неизвестной даты отъезда потребовал оплатить ещё на 10 дней вперёд минимум. И по факту моего раньшего отъезда о возврате денег было отказано в лживой и грубой форме. Парковочных мест только два.
В Тбилиси достаточно мест с искренне гостепримными хозяевами.
Так что, будете мимо проезжать - приезжайте мимо.

Rent only if you need to stay somewhere at night, strongly not recommended for holidays or vacation.

Tv didn’t work
The wallpaper was peeling off and looked very poor. There were also gaps around the doors, which caused a constant whistling noise. We stayed there in summer, so the draft was not a major issue for us, but I imagine it would be very cold during the winter.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place is clean, cozy, and very comfortable, with a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere.
