Matera ist faszinierend !
Pros:

Die Lage, der Charme, der Empfang von Cristina und die Ausstattung des Zimmers waren sehr gut. Die Aussicht atemberaubend und Service vom Restaurant Crialoss sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Leider hat es keinen Gepäckservice. Die Zimmer sind nur per Steintreppe erreichbar. Eine 4 Stern Unterkunft muss diesen Service anbieten. Cristina, die Rezeptionistin, hat uns freindlicherweise ihre Hilfe angeboten. Danke Cristina.

Prise en charge efficace à notre arrivée, avec un accueil personnalisé
Pros:

Accueil chaleureux et en plus en français la veille de notre arrivée, nous avons reçu tous les renseignements nécessaires pour accéder facilement à notre hôtel. La chambre était très confortable et le Services impeccable. Le petit déjeuner était excellent.

Fantastic!
Pros:

The room had lots of character, clean, view, and is on the side of the town looking over at the main Cathedral side. The views are stunning. The staff are really fantastic, and the breakfast is great. The breakfast terrace overlooks the town. Picture is from the terrace.

Beautiful hotel, excellent location, amazing staff & breakfast
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at Pallazo Degli Abati. Our cave room was amazing, very unique and beautifully restored. The reception staff were extremely helpful and welcoming and the breakfast was superb - with a view to match!

Cons:

The price was a bit higher than other placed we'd stayed on our trip, but it's justified given the quality of the accommodation, breakfast and the location in Matera.
