I always stay at Tokyu Stay hotels as they offer washing machine inside the room, which is convenient. However compared to other Tokyu Stay hotels, this particular one is lacking space and brightness compared to their other hotels. It is still comfortable and clean though, and staff was always helpful.
Room was small compared to other Tokyu Stays. More walking than expected from Hakata Station, which might be a slight issue if you're carrying multiple luggages.
Washer dryer in every room was great for travelling. The cafe served lovely meals, especially the hamburger. Very handy to the station.

1.博多站走路到飯店約10分鐘，從車站出來往漢堡王和Yodobashi 中間的路直走就會到飯店的後門
2.飯店房間內有洗脫烘衣機和洗衣精真的很棒，每天洗衣服，回家不用洗衣服真的很省事！
3.雙人房內沒有碗盤，但可以跟櫃檯服務人員借用，感謝服務人員也給我塑膠叉子，這樣買食物回房間要微波加熱很方便。
4.下午2點到晚上10點，在餐廳吧台可以憑房卡領果汁、咖啡回房間喝，超讚！晚上宵夜都不用另外買飲料了！
5.有送小孩備品，裡面有洗澡海綿、牙刷組跟紙拖鞋。
6.房間有牙刷，其他備品有需要都是在一樓自己取用，比如：梳子、髮圈、浴鹽、茶包等，提供的牙刷組牙膏很少，連續住可以自己準備，或是再跟櫃檯人員索取。
7.一樓有飲水機跟冰塊，可以取用。
8.最近的便利商店是出前門左轉的LAWSON，最近的超市就是Yodobashi 裡的LOPIA。
9.房卡感應就會直接顯示要到的樓層，不需要自己按。
10.退房後可以寄放行李。
11.電視有Netflix 和YouTube，很方便。
12.房間免費WiFi 蠻順的。
1.福岡住宿相對比較貴一點，雖然空間不大，但算是舒適。
2.看其他人分享住高樓層比較聽不到電車聲，但可能我們房間是靠電車那側，睡覺時電車聲很明顯，早上可以在房間直接看到電車經過，小孩還是很開心。
3.浴室跟廁所沒有分開，如果不想要地板濕濕的，就要在浴缸內淋浴完，再放水泡澡，有點麻煩，但水量蠻大的，所以也不用等太久。

It was clean and tidy and most things you would hope for were done.
Near the train station also means…right by the train tracks…6am to midnight. I slept pretty well but if you are a light sleeper you may not. But worse was the Tokyu stay was just not very friendly, rules for everything, advertises a laid back vibe but then is not very laid back at all…a bit too cool for school. I’ve stayed in Tokyu stay tokyo and don’t remember it being as uptight. I won’t be coming back to the Fukuoka branch again, I don’t really care that there’s a washing machine in the room, it matters more that the place is welcoming.

Modern, convenient, and has a lot of great amenities right in the hotel- microwave and washer right in the room was awesome! Easy to walk around the area and transit anywhere you need to go to.
Not much just a bit cramped for travellers with a few large suitcases.
