リラックスしてすごせました。
Pros:

とても清潔で過ごしやすかったです。
お部屋に洗濯機があるのも助かりました。
また、お掃除の方やフロントの方が親切でした。

Cons:

施設自体はとてもよかったのですが、朝食の場面で外国（おそらく中国）の方のマナーが非常に悪く、早々に食事を切り上げてしまいました。マナーの悪い方にはお客様だとしても、注意をしていただけるとありがたいです。

Comfortable and spacious room, with laundry machine in the room.
Pros:

The room was spacious and very comfortable. There was space for bigger luggage if needed.
There was laundry machine in the room that would help a lot if you don't have many cloths to change.
The elevator is somehow secure, as you can only go to the floor after swiping the room card.

Cons:

The hotel is not so close to the train station, so if you have big luggage, it will be a challenge.
The breakfast was not in buffet style, you had to choose an option from the menu.

Top location, comfortable stay
Pros:

Very good breakfast with variety of healthy choices. Well equipped room with washer/dryer and detergent. Very helpful and friendly staffs.

Cons:

Nothing, only wish all guests would respect the property and use the room with care.

Perfect for our stay
Pros:

Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The main reception area and restaurant were a great space to relax and check in/out, fantastic staff. Easy walking distance to the Hakata Train Station - connections to Airport, Subway, Shinkansen. Easy walking around the area. We would recommend Tokyu Stay and would also look to stay at their other hotels.

地點雖然沒有極佳，但也不錯，走路到博多車站大概六分鐘，附近晚上也很好覓食和血拼！更謝謝服務人員代叫計程車，免去舟車勞頓，直接抵達機場！太棒了！
