Pros:

附近有百貨公司、按摩店、小吃攤、BTS和MRT，非常方便。床鋪很舒服，有提供毛巾、浴巾、冰箱，也有咖啡。單人房滿舒適的。

Cons:

浴室的地板看起來是木頭色，感覺濕氣有點重，因為電燈需要插卡才有電，離開房間時無法插卡，浴室就會濕濕的。

4人房很大，而且還另有門（1張雙人床），另一邊是1張雙人床+1張單人床，非常乾淨，環境很好，老板用的電器廠牌都用很好的，冷氣很涼。

Pros:

La habitación es para una persona, pequeñita. Tiene una ventana no muy grande que da a la calle. Va bien para la ventilación. La ubicación es buena, a 2 minutos de la parada de metro de Asok.

Cons:

Como es un bajo y la ventana es pequeña, la iluminación era un tanto pobre. Luz artificial bien.

Pros:

Небольшой отель в центре в тихом переулке. Жила в номере 304 4 ночи .Каждый день чистые полотенца,2 бутылки воды,пакетики кофе-сливки-сахар. Хороший напор в душе с электронагревателем. В номере небольшой холодильник, электрочайник, чашки, ложки, тарелки.Большая удобная кровать. Яркая напольная лампа.На окне москитная сетка. Есть кондиционер, я не пользовалась: Вентилятора на 3 было достаточно. Повезло с погодой :).В номере чисто. Удобное расположение, Метро близко, до Торговый центрTerminal 21 Asok 200 метров. Большой продуктовый магазин Tops Robinson Sukhumvit 19 - 150 метров. Вход в отель по ключу. Очень вежливое обслуживание, всем довольны. Спасибо!

excellent stay with the family
Pros:

it is very clean and very accommodating the staff help us very much, even to carry our luggage going down because no elevator, very near to the train station ASOK no needed for taxi or grab, walking distance only, can buy some food on the way walking back from Terminal 21 MALL, i book again for 5 days this August last weekend. Air condition and WIFI excellent. 7-11 is in front also.

nothing .. because its very excellent stay at all.

Biggest Regret of Bangkok

Only decent thing is the location but it’s still not worth it.

Cons:

K Home Asok was the biggest regret of my trip. I booked two weeks because of the convenient location and the balcony shown in the booking photos, but the reality was very different. The photos appear to be from before the renovation, and the actual balcony was dark, dingy and substantially different from what was advertised.

There was a strong smell in the room. During the day there was also ongoing drilling and renovation noise. The biggest issue was a persistent low-frequency hum/vibration at night, which seemed to come through the headboard/wall and made it difficult to sleep. When I complained, I was told to wear headphones if the noise bothered me and that this is not a five star hotel, rather than having the issue properly addressed.

I asked to shorten my two week stay and receive a refund for the unused nights, but the hotel refused. I ended up staying the full two weeks unfortunately.

The location is convenient, but there are many hotels in the area that offer much better value for money, including options that are cheaper than K Home. I would absolutely not choose this hotel again even if it was free. Be very careful with the older photos when booking, as they do not reflect the current state of the property.
