Very pleasant
Pros:

Location is perfect, near the Estreet, between Umeda center and Tenma.

Cons:

Room size is ok for two people with 2 cases each one, but you need to be really organized to not feel it small.

The hotel was well positioned and has excellent staff.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. The hotel is well placed for the centre of Osaka and Umeda.
The room was very good but a little small for us due to our requirement to spend a lot of time in there each day due to an unrelated medical issue.

Cons:

As stated above, the room was a little small based on our unusual requirements.
