Good place to stay. Responsible staff. Double check view if it is imported for you
Pros:

Location was comfortable to move around by train. Personals were nice. They hold my luggages few days in advance.

Cons:

When I booked I thought from my room I can see Osako but instead I got room from6th floor which window opened to next building stairs not what I expected especially from pictures on booking

Great location, kid friendly
Pros:

Location is great, second time staying at Honmachi. Close to several convenience stores and train stations. Room was spacious for 3 people, had 2x medium suitcases open, with the single futon on the floor and could still move around. Pushed the mattresses (they are futons) together on the bed platform to sleep with the toddler and it worked great.

Cons:

Lack of proper blackout at the window and breakfast options a bit limited in western food. Really thin futons.
