Barátságtalan személyzet. Borzasztó ár-érték arány. Kényelmetlen kicsi ágy. Senkinek sem ajánlom.

Elhelyezkedés. Központi helyen. A szoba terasza, szép kilátás a hegyre.

Cons:

A hotel nem volt nyitva amikor megérkeztem, senki sem nyitott ajtót 30 perc után sem, hiába csengettem és telefonáltam. Közömbösen közölték velem, hogy 14:00 előtt nem foglalhatom el a szállást. A személyzet nagyon nem volt segítőkész. Check-in-nél közel 1 órát kellett várnom, úgy hogy közben csak 1 család jelentkezett be ezidő alatt. A kérdéseimre is lekezelően válaszoltak. Reggelinél szintén ez a stílus fogadott. A reggeli túl egyszerű volt. Senki sem volt kedves. Semmilyen tájékoztatást sem kaptam. A szobában kicsi, kényelmetlen egyszemélyes ágy volt, régi bútorok mellett. Ár-érték arányban borzasztó hotel.

Das Personal war genervt. Uns würde die Tür trotz Anmeldung nicht geöffnet, wir mussten anrufen. Das Dampfbad war defekt.

Cons:

Kamers niet proper en veel spinnen. De bar zou open zijn tot 23hr maar om 21:30 kwamen we terug van restaurant en konden niets meer krijgen. We hebben de eigenares ook meermaals stiekem zien staan drinken achter een hoekje.

Prima locatie.

Cons:

We moesten pantoffels aan in hotel terwijl eigenaar en ander personeel gewoon door loopt.
Je moet vragen om de kamer schoonmaak (kost hier gewoon 200,- p nacht) en dan vergeten ze doodleuk schoon te maken. Geen toilet papier en geen handdoeken meer dus zelf maar een kast opgenomen gerommeld en deze zaken zelf geregeld.

Große Zimmer
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war gut. Hinter dem Hotel gab es Parkplätze. Die Straße vorne hat man nicht gehört. Wir hatten einen Balkon mit Ausblick in gepflegte Gärten und die Berge.
Das Zimmer war sehr groß, das Bad modern mit großer Dusche. Das Zentrum von Oberammergau war zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.

Cons:

Leider war das Bett sehr hart, die Bettdecke war für den Winter gedacht. Ein Bett hat bei jeder Drehung fürchterlich geknarzt. Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig. Wir hatten das Familienzimmer neben uns, das war nicht schön...
Es gab eine Telefonliste auf dem Zimmer um z.b. die Rezeption anzurufen, allerdings hab es kein Telefon.
Das Zimmer wurde auch Mal vergessen zu putzen, als ich es am nächsten Morgen angesprochen habe, kam nur " ich gebe es weiter" keine Entschuldigung oder brauchen Sie irgendwas.
Das Frühstück war ok. Das Auffüllen hat nicht so geklappt, keine Messer, Gabeln, Säfte, Brotaufstrich... Der Kaffee war sehr dünn...
Wenn man vor dem Einchecken etwas früher kommt, steht man vor geschlossener Türe. Erst wird das Klingeln ignoriert, beim zweiten Mal kommt die Aussage man sei noch nicht fertig und man öffnet erst um 14 Uhr. Aufgemacht hat man erst um kurz nach zwei.
An der Rezeption hat man erst die falsche Rechnung bekommen, dann hat die Zimmerkarte nicht funktioniert.
Beim auschecken hat man uns von weitem gerufen, man soll die Zimmerkarte einfach ablegen, schöner Tag noch und das wars.

Ein schönes Hotel, Frühstück war auch super

Cons:

Die Begrüßung lief eher schlecht, beim Check-in der lt Angaben um 14:00 möglich war, war niemand vor Ort. Nach längerem Klingeln und klopfen hörte uns irgendwann jemand vom Housekeeping.Dieser war hilfsbereit und kümmerte sich dass die " Chefin " informiert wurde.
Nur kurz, Freundlichkeit sieht ganz anders aus.
