Una falta de respeto con los clientes
Cons:

Me parece una gran falta de respeto la forma en que manejan las reservas. Hice mi reservación por Booking, fue aceptada y confirmada. Sin embargo, al llegar al hotel me informaron que no tenían ninguna reserva a mi nombre porque todas las habitaciones ya estaban ocupadas.
Es una situación totalmente inaceptable. Si no van a respetar las reservas realizadas por Booking, lo correcto sería no publicar sus habitaciones en esa plataforma o no aceptar las solicitudes. No es justo que dejen a los clientes sin alojamiento después de haber confirmado una reserva, exponiéndolos a quedarse sin un lugar donde hospedarse.
Esperaba una mejor atención, más responsabilidad, sentido de pertenencia y empatía con los clientes. Esta experiencia fue muy decepcionante y espero que tomen medidas para que no vuelva a ocurrir con otras personas.

Es un lugar cómodo y bien ubicado
Pros:

La ubicación es ideal para el trámite de visa en la Embajada Americana. También está muy cerca a Corferias y la zona es muy tranquila, no hay mucho tráfico, tiene parques cerca y caminar es seguro.

Cons:

No tuve internet durante mi estadía, lo cual fue incómodo. Tal vez fue mala suerte.

Me dieron una sola toalla, delegadita, no me llevaban jabón y las mujeres de la limpieza tienen CERO consideración desde temprano en la mañana hablando fuerte riéndose y gritando en los pasillos estuve 4 noches y no pude dormir bien ni un solo día.
