Great hotel with a great staff. Amazing location and recommend for anyone to stay here.
Pros:

The staff was amazing, especially Daisy as she gave me the breakdown of the hotel and my staff. The room was amazing and they actually were able to upgrade me for free. Overall a great stay and when I come back, I will be staying here.

Cons:

I had no issues with the property. Stayed for one night and it did not provide any issues with my stay.

Séjour très agréable et chaleureux.
Pros:

L’hôtel bien situé à quelques minutes du centre. Il est calme et agréable. La chambre était grande et silencieuse. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Et surtout beaucoup de gentillesse et d’attention de l’équipe d’accueil en particulier de Daisy qui nous a donné de nombreux et précieux conseils pour visiter la ville et faire des achats .

Nice relaxing short trip in Hoi An
Pros:

The hotel is very close to the old city, tailors, shops and restaurants but it was still quiet at night. The pool is refreshing and the breakfast was great! Also for vegetarians.

Pros:

The beds were nice and very comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The hotel is in an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from the Old Town and the night markets, yet it remains surprisingly quiet at night. The service from everyone at the hotel was outstanding, and the buffet breakfast offered a good selection of food each morning. Overall, I had a great stay and would happily stay here again in the future.

Great place to stay
Pros:

We had been staying in Da Nang and decided on a whim to book a hotel in Hoi An for one night and choose here. If we had known about Laluna sooner we would have stayed here the whole time. The rooms were large and nicely decorated, bathrooms were great with a fully enclosed shower. The staff were all lovely and accommodating, arranging to look after our luggage when we arrived before our check in time. We enjoyed happy hour at the pool, and the included breakfast had extensive choices. very close to the old town and the river for visiting shops and viewing the lanterns. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit vietnam

Cons:

Only downside was how bright the LEDs on the airconditioner were- make sure you have a mask if this bothers you

If you are going to spend time in Hoi A you must stay at Laluna. Exceptionally clean, beautiful rooms and views, a fantastic location on the river, great food options. More than anything the staff are wonderful and welcoming, the best we have seen in Vietnam.

What an incredible experience at Laluna Hotel! Everything about this place is simply PERFECT!

The staff are absolutely wonderful — so kind, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely lovely. The spa is AMAZING, the location is fantastic, and the rooms are absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and charming.

Every little detail made my stay feel special, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Would I come back? A thousand times YES! ❤️
