浴室洗澡沒有熱水 打給櫃檯要我等個幾分鐘
但跟友人兩人各自都等超過五分鐘 還是沒有熱水
就直接洗冷水

Overall we did have a lovely stay.
Pros:

Location, good breakfast, lovely pool and bar.

Cons:

The bed and our air conditioning wasn’t the best. In fairness it did get fixed in our last day.

Forget the rest, this is the best - 10/10 🌟🤩
Pros:

You can’t fault this place or the staff. Location is amazing, rooms are comfortable and clean, facilities are great, the spa is reasonably priced and the food is Ok. The staff at this place all speak English and go out of their way to make your stay a 10/10. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Hoi An.

Excellente expérience, je recommande sans hésiter !
Pros:

super bien situé pour tout faire à pied. Jolie chambre confortable avec balcon et vue sur la rivière, qui garantie le calme dans une ville très animée. Le buffet petit déjeuner est extraordinaire. Nous avons également diné un soir au restaurant de l'hôtel, très bonne cuisine Vietnamienne pour un prix plus que raisonnable en comparaison des restaurants de la ville.
Je conseille également de profiter d'un moment de détente avec les soins proposés au Spa, au top !
Merci à tout le personnel pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et son professionnalisme.

Super hôtel bien situé à Hoi An
Pros:

Très bon hôtel situé à 5 minutes à pied du centre-ville ce qui le rend calme le soir, le service de l’hôtel est vraiment très à l’écoute et les chambres sont superbes nous recommandons

Location, staff were excellent. Lovely room upstairs facing the canal.

Cons:

Pool closure too early in the evening. When you have to walk everywhere it would be nice to have pool open later so one could cool down.
