A great place!🤩
Pros:

Well, we loved pretty much everything here - the bedroom, the air-conditioning, the enormous shower cabin, the river view, the fantastic location, the swimming pool, the happy hour drinks at the pool bar, the breakfast variety and quality, the speed of the internet, the cleanliness and, last but absolutely not least, the wonderful staff!

Thank you all so much for making our Hoi An experience so lovely! ❤️

המלון נחמד מקום והמיקום מצוין רחוק כמה דקות הליכה מהעיר העתיקה. ארוחת הבוקר הכי מגוונת וטעימה שחווינו בטיול. השירות והעזרה מא האנשי צוות היה מהמם וכול מה שהיינו צריכים עזרה לנו במיוחד בסלייפר.

Irréprochable, le personnel est au petit soin, le lieux est agréable

L’accueil est irréprochable, on a pu bénéficier d’un certain nombre d’informations au sujet de la ville et des activités à faire. Nous sommes par ailleurs passé directement par l’hôtel pour effectuer un cours de cuisine qui était excellent. Lors de notre départ, le personnel s’est assuré que tout c’était bien déroulé durant notre séjour. Ils sont au petit soin. La chambre était irréprochable, confortable et conforme aux photos. La piscine est très appréciable après une journée chaude. Nous avons bénéficié de leur service pour nous récupérer à Danang à l’aller et au retour. L’emplacement est idéal, proche du centre mais avec un calme appréciable le soir.

Amazing location and room and pool
Pros:

Great location, pool was good with shades sun beds, room was nice and clean and roomy

Cons:

Nothing about the property but believe and it feels like the management make staff interact and upsell whilst guests eating breakfast. We had three different staff approach us during breakfast, which was annoying. We like to eat in peace.

ナイトマーケットに近く、立地は良かったです。朝食もフルーツが充実していて、甘くておいしかったです。チェックアウト後、ミーソン遺跡に向かう旨を伝えたところ、車を手配してくれ、ホテルからミーソン遺跡、その後そのままダナンのホテルまで送ってくれました。Grabで行こうとしていたので、スーツケースを乗せて送迎してくれたのは助かりました。スタッフのみなさんもフレンドリーで親切でとても良かったです。

Beyond our expectations
Pros:

Our one-week stay at La Luna Hotel & Resort was absolutely outstanding. The week flew by, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Our room was incredibly spacious, exceptionally clean, and featured a very comfortable king-size bed. The bathroom was large, with plenty of hot water at all times. Housekeeping maintained the room to a very high standard throughout our stay.

The food was excellent, and room service was always prompt and delicious. The swimming pool was another highlight, with plenty of comfortable sun loungers and ample fresh towels available.

What truly sets La Luna apart, however, is its staff. I usually notice one or two exceptional employees during a hotel stay, but at La Luna every single staff member was outstanding. Their service was genuinely six-star. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and everyone went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

A special mention also goes to the security staff at the entrance. They were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and proactive—often doing far more than their job required. Their warmth and professionalism made a wonderful first and last impression every day.

If you’re looking for a hotel with beautiful facilities, outstanding service, and staff who genuinely care about their guests, I highly recommend La Luna Hotel & Resort. We had an amazing stay and would not hesitate to return.

Exceptional boutique hotel
Pros:

This 48 room hotel's service is highly exceptional as all the staff from the security, bell boy, receptionist, restaurant staff, spa manager, duty manager all showed care and were personal. They made us feel at home for the entire stay and they truly looked after our well being. Room was great and spotless and the restaurant serves up some great Vietnamese food. Its location made it very walkaboe to the old town area which was excellent. This hotel is highly recommended.
