The 1st room they gave me was so scary.. The fridge leaked water and it was not working. And the worst part was there are many small cockroaches running around 😨😨😨. No way i can sleep with them in the room. So i went down to reception and requested for a room change. Fortunately they gave me another room with functional fridge and cockroach free.. Thank goodness. Overall okok for just 1 night befire catching an early morning coach to other parts of malaysia from larkin bus terminal which is just across the road

Cons:

The housekeeping staff accidentally open the door using the staff card while myself (guest)is still in the room, staff should be more cautious of which room is occupied and it should not happen as it is violating a person privacy and shameful.
