Very nice, compact but still comfortable rooms.
Pros:

Really nice and clean. Staff were super helpful and reception is 24/7.

Convenient location, price is right! Staff friendly and the sleep was comfortable.

Cons:

Rooms a little small with not many hooks to hang up your things or space to store clothing, you had to basically just pile everything in the corer. I would have like coffee and tea packets available in the rooms.

Cons:

El baño tenía un extractor que al apagarlo seguía haciendo ruido. Fue muy molesto, al punto que no pudimos dormir bien. Fuimos a reclamar y nos dijeron que todas las habitaciones tienen el mismo sistema de ventilación y que no se podía solucionar. Increíble

La chambre était confortable et propre, et l’une des plus spacieuses qu’on ait eu durant notre voyage au Japon. Le lit est un vrai nuage, parfait après des grosses journées de visites.
Bon emplacement pour visiter Osaka.
Boissons et pains disponibles à l’accueil.

Cons:

Petit bémol : la machine à café ne fonctionnait pas durant notre séjour.

Perfect location in Shinsaibashi
Pros:

Great location that’s about a 5-7min walk to Shinsaibashi station or Dotonbori. The staff were welcoming and friendly on arrival. The public bath facilities were fantastic. I only stayed one night but I would definitely stay here again if I were to return to Osaka.
