Myst Boutique Hotel

We loved the Myst Boutique Hotel, the best hotel we stayed in during our time island hopping in Greece. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, it’s in a great location and the breakfast was outstanding.

Special thanks go to the wonderful reception team Matina and Oinoi. They were so friendly and super helpful. The drivers were excellent too, very friendly and so knowledgeable.

We loved this place and would definitely come back.

Optamos por usar o transfer do hotel, o que nos deu uma grande segurança desde a chegada, em todos os passeios e o retorno ao aeroporto. Tivemos uma grande comunicação com a Martina que é a recepcionista do hotel que tem resposta imediata para todas as nossas questões. O nosso quarto tem vista a piscina e era excelente acordar com essa vista. O hotel é silencioso e não tivemos qualquer problema com barulhos. A localização foi excelente tendo em vista que tínhamos motorista privado do hotel para nos levar, os motoristas são muito pontuais e prestativos. O hotel também faz parceria com o restaurante/hotel e SPA Saint que na minha opinião é de ficar de queixo caído com a paisagem. Fomos bem recebidos, prontamente atendidos em nossas dúvidas, relação custo benefício excelente e vista agradável. A limpeza também é boa, não notamos falhas quanto a isto. Gostamos muito.

We stayed here for 2 nights and couldn’t have wished for a better stay. The staff are all extremely helpful and friendly, facilities are modern and clean, amazing breakfast delivered to the suite and hot tub overlooking sunset. Great food served at the restaurant which we ate by the pool! The room was modern with bathrobes, slippers and a steam iron, along with Molton brown toiletries.

The hotel offered a free transfer into Oia which was really useful. Upon checkout we were even given a gift to remember our stay. Would recommend this hotel and would certainly stay again!

Très belle piscine bel établissement dans son ensemble sauf que nous n avons pas eu ce que nous attendions pour ce prix.

It's beautiful, very well maintained, relaxed and a Myst to staying there.

Room 114 - our favourite room, we've been there three times now and always the same room. It's only their entry level room but the room is massive, the bathroom is a good size also and we have our very own beautiful balcony looking out onto the most beautiful swimming pool in my opinion and sea views beyond.

The bed is enormous and the sheets are crisp white with options of bed throws and a duvet if you like to snuggle down.

Ms Julie and her son ensure that this property is kept well maintained daily. Daily room clean and free bottled water, clean outdoor areas. Every morning the pool and patio area cleaned and kept very tidy. Lovely clean fluffy pool towels.

Gorgeous breakfast delivered to your room every morning at your chosen time. You may have to remind them that they forgot the milk but with a smile they run back to the kitchen and bring you back the forgotten milk.

More importantly than this though is their customer care and Martina, you are a star!!!

On our most recent visit, hubby and I went off to the airport for our 18.30 evening flight back to London with BA, flight delayed, and sadly at 23.30 that same evening the BA pilot, informed us all that our flight was NOT going back to London that night and we all had to go and find our own night's accommodation and transfer. By the time we all went back through passport control, then reclaim our luggage, it was past midnight.

Even though we had left Myst Boutique I still had their WhatsApp number on my mobile, so I sent a text informing them that our flight home was delayed until the next day and was there anywhere for us to stay with them. It was passed midnight and out of hours, within three minutes had responded to us saying 'yes' our room was still free and would you like me to send our driver - what service.

By the time we went through Passport control and reclaimed our luggage it nearly 1am. The driver was outside waiting for us and took us straight back to Myst Boutique, we arrived about 1am and Martina was there with her big smile welcoming us back. She took our breakfast order and took us back to Room 114 (our room), informed us that we can stay there until we need to leave as no one was occupying our room that day. We got an email at 11am the following morning saying our flight was rescheduled for 15.30 that afternoon, so Martina arranged the drive to come and pick us up at 13.00 - now that is what I call 5 Star service.!!!

Hubby and I are looking forward to our 4th stay with them next year for sure.

Super friendly staff, clean, modern & spacious rooms. A great overall experience and would definitely recommend.

Simply awesome. Some locations don't share accurate photos, the Myst is exactly what anyone would hope for. The pool is perfect, the Jacuzzi was spotless and cleaned everyday. I'm at a loss of words to describe breakfast but a dream come true is close to what I am thinking. Staff is super friendly and accommodating with any requests. I told my wife this may be the best hotel I have ever stayed at, and I'm a big traveler. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone. If ever on Santorini again we will be staying here.

We stayed at Myst Boutique hotel on the 23 May for our honeymoon for a week and it was fantastic. We booked a superior suite, room 203 (I think!), and it was well worth the upgrade. It has a private hot tub with sunset sea views. It's very open plan so might not suit everyone (the shower is in the room and visible lol) but we didn't mind and not all the rooms are so open. The rooms are lovely, there is plenty of space for your suitcases and clothes etc and they are very clean. Everything is restocked and replaced every day but if you need anything, just ask! The staff are amazing and they couldn't do enough for us when we were there, they really make the hotel feel like a luxury resort. They were attentive and provided excellent service. It's lovely and quiet but very close to Oia and the free transfers up the hill to Oia are great on a hot day and we were able to walk back then in the evening. The pool area is lovely and clean and with beautiful sea views and the music is nice and chill as well. The breakfasts are fantastic, loads of choice and the portions are big so there's always plenty. We did have pizza off the lunch menu a few times which was great, and all the food we had at the hotel tasted very fresh. It's definitely worth the money and I would highly recommend this hotel.

I had the best experience in Santorini..thanks to the wonderful people who works at this Hotel. Elana, Martina are so friendly and accommodating. They made us feel to welcome and took care of our needs. Their waiter too is so great. This is truly a 5 star hotel!!!! Would recommend to anyone.
