C’est superbe, notre chambre était spacieuse, propre, et le personnel est au petit soin. négatif : ils incitent beaucoup

L’espace piscine, l’accueil et l’attention du personnel

Cons:

L’entretien du jacuzzi chaque matin au moment de notre petit déjeuner en chambre 😬.
Le personnel qui vous propose de manière trop insistante les autres établissement du propriétaire
La chambre 101 proposée en arrivant (heureusement changée à notre demande, sans quoi notre séjour aurait été une catastrophe, elle est à côté de la route)

Amazing hotel and people
Pros:

I had the best experience in Santorini..thanks to the wonderful people who works at this Hotel. Elana, Martina are so friendly and accommodating. They made us feel to welcome and took care of our needs. Their waiter too is so great. This is truly a 5 star hotel!!!! Would recommend to anyone.

Very relaxing few days in a stunning location
Pros:

Location a little outside town, but friendly lift service available as needed to any area. Great staff and Martina was very welcoming on arrival and supportive of any requests. Lovely accommodation with great breakfast served to your room each day, high quality produce. All working there so friendly.

Cons:

Very little, all good. A couple of drawers in room would be helpful.

Pros:

We had a perfect relaxing stay. The hotel was beautiful and spotless. Staff were friendly and super helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Gym was well equipped too. Already planning to go back.

Suite Junior avec Jacuzzi
Tout était parfait. L'hôtel est à 7-8 minutes à pieds du centre ville d'Oia, magnifique ville d'où l'on peut voir le coucher du soleil. La route est étroite mais il y a un petit trottoir presque tout le long, aucun souci. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse incroyable, très à l'écoute et plein de bons conseils. Les petits déjeuners étaient incroyables ! Oeufs, fruits frais, pâtisseries, pain, yaourt grec... et toujours servis avec le sourire. Des chauffeurs disponibles à l'hôtel pour toutes les sorties, très gentils et souriants. Et pour terminer mention spéciale pour Matina à la réception, extraordinaire de gentillesse et très serviable. Notre chambre était côté mer, aucun bruit de circulation.

Tolles Boutiquehotel mit allem, was das Herz begehrt; ein paar Gehminuten nach Oia, sehr ruhig gelegen.
Pros:

Nahe Lage bei Oia und trotzdem ruhig und gechillt.
Tolles à-la-carte Frühstück mit sehr nettem Personal.

Cons:

Luxusproblemchen: die Musik am Pool; ständig die gleichen Lieder in Dauerschleife. Ich persönlich hätte darauf verzichten können, aber ich hab auch nichts gesagt: selbst schuld!

Amazing experience in Oia!
Pros:

Had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Myst Boutique Hotel, only a few minutes from the center of Oia. Staff were friendly, breakfast was excellent. We booked the cheapest room and had a fantasic view over the pool to the ocean. Note that this hotel is not on the Caldera. We knew this and it was fine for us, especially given that Myst is half the price of the hotels on the Caldera less than a mile away. While you do give up that view, the rooms are more modern, comfortable and there is just more space and room to breathe.

The hotel has fast and free wifi, and a fantastic shuttle service that will take you into town (or to their sister hotel for a change of scene) for no charge. The service runs on demand (you request it via WhatsApp) and we never had to wait more than 5 mins.

Overall, I highly recommend Myst Boutique Hotel and would stay here again. This is a much better value than the hotels on the Caldera in Oia.
