Здесь мне понравилось все! Отличная команда работает везде, завтрак по разнообразию был просто все всяких похвал и все очень вкусно. Уезжала со слезами на глазах! Уже хочу снова к вам вернуться)))) ❤️

The room, the bed and the breakfast

Cons:

The shower leaking
They try to change the room we asked without telling us
Dry fruits and wine missing in the room. Friends got it in their room
Price increase that was not mentioned !!!!

Would recommend
Pros:

Very accommodating staff. Were very kind throughout the whole stay. Very clean and the domestic staff did a wonderful job keeping this place spotless.
Perfectly located in the centre of town. Easy to walk to all of the main sites and streets. Would recommend.

Cons:

We weren't a massive fan of the cocktails in the bar but this might have been personal taste.

Could not have been happier with our stay.
Pros:

Loved this hotel from the location, cleanliness, service. I would recommend this hotel for anyone. They were so friendly and helpful. It was easy to get around and walk daytime or in the evening.

Господа, The Alexander, a Luxury Collection Hotel -это наш с женой любимый отель в Ереване. Отель прекрасен, ресторан выше всяких похвал. В прошлом году я оду посветил завтраку в отеле. А в этом году, мы с женой даже хотели сфотографировать всех сотрудниц ресторана и разместить фотки в отзыве, но не захотели обижать и других, потому как все сотрудники отеля замечательные, отзывчивые и высоко профессиональные. Всем сотрудникам Поклоны и Пожелания успехов!!!

- Вкусный завтрак
- Приятное кафе при отеле
- Лаунж зона и бассейн
- Высокие потолки в номере и управление освещением
- Расположение топ

Cons:

- В ванной неудобная дверь в душ и надо таскать гели с раковину в душевую кабину, по умолчанию там ничего не лежит
- Долго несли часть завтрака
- Вид из окна был со второго этажа прямо на улицу, не очень комфортно
- Цена завышена, учитывая, что на выходных было бы еще дороже
