Location, Location, Location
Pros:

We went on a 4 day trip specifically to see the cubs. The hotel was absolutely the best location being across Clark street. Staff was incredible. We had a corner suite overlooking Gallagher Way and Wrigley Field. Noise level was very acceptable for a location that busy. You are middle of everything that area has to offer. Game nights are awesome. Resort and entire neighborhood are very clean and well kept. This is a premium hotel and will cost accordingly. Pricing was definitely inline with the services you receive.

Hotel Zachary is indeed Wrigleyville’s heart!
Pros:

Everything about our experience was top-rated! The decor paid homage to Wrigley Field architect, Zachary T. Davis. Located across the street from Gallagher Way and Wrigley Field it is surrounded by a plethora of excellent restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The restaurant was relaxing and the entire staff was eager to please and willing to serve.

A Great Hotel, in an outstanding location, awaiting to welcome your great time!
Pros:

We recently stayed at the Hotel Zachary while enjoying a concert at Wrigley Field. The hotel could not be in a better location with a quiet atmosphere, highly attentive staff, outstanding service with wonderful access to Chicago's public transport. If it's enjoying a Cubs game or a Noah Khan concert in our case, I would come back to Hotel Zachary in a heart beat. Wonderful hotel, wonderful room with attentive staff.
Most importantly, the bathroom had plenty of room for two teenage girls to take up more room than they need to & a rain shower to satisfy dad.

Better valued hotels nearby….
Pros:

Outstanding location across Wrigley Field and amazing lobby area. Hotel staff were wonderful, respectful, and courteous but limited in providing the best treatment for their guests.

Cons:

Stayed in 3 hotels on Chicago and by far the Zachary, Tribute Hotel was the most disappointing for the high cost. The hotel lost its boutique charm and special guest treatment. Arrived at 3:30 for check in, which is 4:00 pm and the room was not ready until 4:30. As a guest, the lobby area needs reservations where to sit which is along the back wall and not the best location in the lobby. Went back to the lobby after the Cubs game and brought a Chicago dog from Wrigley Field since the bar stops serving food after 10:00 pm to snack on with my beer. Staff said I couldn’t not eat it in the lobby, doesn’t make sense. Slept better at other hotel nearby.

If you are going to Wrigley this is the place to stay
Pros:

Traveled to Wrigley Field for a Yankees -Cubs game. Thus hotel is right across the street. I got a room with a view of Wrigley and it was spectacular seeing this gem of a park from my window and watching all the surrounding action. Great hotel with clean comfortable rooms, courteous staff, and good dining options. If you are going to Wrigley, this is the place to stay.

Great gameday stay but I think they use that to up their price!
Pros:

The convenience of being right next to Wrigley Field was awesome, but for the same price of the Ritz and Carlton with the only amenity being free ice/2 bottle waters, not sure the value is substantial enough to stay again. You still have to pay for valet on game days because they close their public parking and breakfast would be a nice plus!
