Ежедневная уборка номеров и смена туалетных принадлежностей. Бесплатная бутилированная вода. Замечательная кухня и завтраки. Обходительный персонал. Все виды туристических услуг вам предложат на ресепшене этой гостиницы. Неизменно, только положительные эмоции от проживания здесь. Главное, чтобы были свободные номера.
The breakfast was varied and sufficient. the staff was very attentif and more than willing to help. we had our breakfast all the days we stayed and never felt the need to try another place.
Convenient location in Thamel. Room was cosy and quiet. Staff are lovely.

The price was reasonable, and the staff kindly helped carry my luggage to my room. They were also very accommodating and helped with anything I needed.

The staff was more than helpful and really knowledgeable. The location is brilliant, in the middle of Thamel, but in a secluded alley that offered access without excessive noise. They have a small terrace with lots of greenery that we enjoyed immensely.
Staff were so kind and helpful. Room was clean and decently sized. The views from the top of the hotel were great and it was a nice outside area. The location is superb, it is in the city so it takes only a minute to walk to shops/ food/ activities/ etc.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist with any request. The hotel was spotless, with high standards of cleanliness throughout. The location was also excellent—conveniently situated close to local attractions, restaurants etc. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would happily stay here again. 20 out of 10 for the staff!
