Centrally located . Good facilities
I had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Auckland. The hotel is in a fantastic location in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and popular attractions.
The room was clean, modern, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, which helped me get a good night's sleep after a day of sightseeing. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions.
I also appreciated the smooth check-in and check-out process. Overall, the hotel offered great service, a comfortable stay, and excellent value. I would definitely recommend Four Points by Sheraton Auckland to anyone visiting Auckland, and I would happily stay here again.
The room was just in front of the lifts where it is a noisy.
The management, staff, accommodation, food, and service were excellent and exceeded my expectations. Everything was outstanding.

Locating and comfort in all aspects
It was clean and coffees were replaced.
It says streaming but it’s not, it’s a chrome cast and you have to steam from your own account, which I don’t like due to wifi security and really things like Netflix should be included in the price. I was also put by the lifts which are noisy.
Location was good.
The bathroom in our room wasn't very clean, the shower pressure was poor and we had cold water in the morning.
Was easy to find and in a good location.
The toilet door was a push door so there wasn’t privacy when using toilet.

We couldn't sync our phones with the tv, however we didn't really need it.
Great location and the bed was sooooo comfortable
On check in the front service staff were fabulous. Towards the end - the staff were a little less relatable and friendly.
Cioran on the front desk was awesome, he went above and beyond to get us interconnecting rooms for the two rooms we had booked. The rooms were great, great view of the City Sky tower - Thank you Cioran
The bed for me was like a big fluffy soft cloud, felt lovely to get into, but unfortunately my back didn't like how soft it was, (was only a me problem though) - both my Husband and Son loved the beds :)
