Perfekter Startpunkt für NZ
Pros:

Sehr zentral gelegen, komfortable Betten und hilfsbereite Menschen. Perfekt nach einem langen Flug und für den Start in Neuseeland.
Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und hatte alles, was man braucht.
Die RooftopBar war zum Sunset der Hit.

Pros:

The front of reception staff were very friendly, helpful and informative. The location was very good, all staff were very friendly and helpful,, and the bars and restaurants were great

Cons:

Our steak meal was very overcooked and grisley. But was still edible as we were starving.

Would stay again if going to Aotea Square concert facility
Pros:

Your location was awkward to get to by car and had minimal parking.
Great breakfast selection. Convenient location for walking to the city particularly Aotea Square.
Friendly and pleasant staff.

Cons:

The key cards did not register that easily in the lifts.
Think it would be nice having one of the lobby toilets labeled for men only w other 2 unisex.

Perfect choice for a group at a weekend conference at Aotea Centre
Pros:

Location and staff were great. Had nice interactions with the breakfast team - highlighting extra options at the buffet and the reception staff at check in and out were very easy going and professional. They were really accommodating.

Cons:

I had booked 6x King corner rooms, thinking they had baths but unfortunately this isn’t the case and could only secure 2 rooms with baths for our group. This should be clearer on the booking system.
