The location was suitable for me as it was in the city . It was clean and comfortable

Cons:

It was quite small for the price but i suppose that’s Auckland which is an expensive city .

Fantastic, felt very well looked after.
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious as were the room service dumplings.
Staff were fantastic
My son even got a gift for his birthday and felt super special, just gutted I accidentally left the chocolate in the fridge when we checked out.

Cons:

Very minuscule, but no bathrobes, even though they were listed online.
Could hear street noise from the 16th floor.

An enjoyable stay
Pros:

Excellent room. Really good location. We included buffet breakfast for $10 pp - awesome value. Churchill cocktail bar had good music and best views

Cons:

Coffee machine at breakfast buffet was not the best. You are better off making purchase at thier cafe.
My preference is for pillows to be firmer. I found pillows too soft.

My mom first NZ trip

I had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Auckland. The hotel is in a fantastic location in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and popular attractions.

The room was clean, modern, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, which helped me get a good night's sleep after a day of sightseeing. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions.

I also appreciated the smooth check-in and check-out process. Overall, the hotel offered great service, a comfortable stay, and excellent value. I would definitely recommend Four Points by Sheraton Auckland to anyone visiting Auckland, and I would happily stay here again.
