Great location for a show!

Unable to watch movies on TV. Older people dont have apps on there phones, let alone no how to chromecast?

Would highly recommend this accommodation and would stay again!
Pros:

The room was spacious and was clean and tidy. All of the staff were super friendly and welcoming. The location is great and the direct Access to Queens Street was a huge bonus. We had breakfast both mornings of our stay and there were so many options and the food tasted great. The Churchill was also a great experience. We were celebrating our anniversary and the staff had left us cake, 2 free drinks vouchers and a lovely note upon arrival to our room, this was such a lovely gesture and it made our stay that much more memorable

Cons:

There were some water pipes that ran through our room which were noisy at times.

Pros:

Location is great for attending concerts in the Aotea precinct in Queen Street. The room size was excellent.

Cons:

The roof top bar closed earlier than advertised and was closed after our concert on Thursday evening. There were eight guests that would have gone to the rooftop bar at 11pm, but it was closed early and we were turned away.

Second time staying here. Met expectations.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good, as was dinner in the restaurant the night we arrived. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Rooms were comfortable, beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

There wasn’t enough storage/luggage space in the room and only one luggage rack.

The bed casters didn’t lock, so the bed rolled freely when least expected, almost causing falls.
