Pros:

Beliggenheten er bra, siden hotellet ligger rett ved Kendwa Beach. Manageren var også hyggelig og hjelpsom, og hjalp oss med å oppgradere rommet vårt uten ekstra kostnader.

Cons:

Vi er dessverre skuffet over hotellet. Ting er ikke slik de ser ut på bildene. Før vi kom, hadde vi informert hotellet om at dette var bryllupsreisen vår, men ved ankomst fikk vi beskjed om at meldingen aldri var mottatt. Vi har reist rundt på flere hoteller i Tanzania, og har tidligere opplevd at hotellene har vært så hyggelige og gratulert oss og gjort litt ekstra for oss spesielt på rommet.
Rommene er gamle, små og det er skittent både i trapper, ganger, rom og bad. Det var umulig å skylle ned på toalettet. Personalet virker også veldig uorganisert og vingler mye rundt, og vi opplevde ikke servicen som profesjonell. Frokost er gjentagende.
Solsengene som vender mot stranden er heller ikke særlig brukbare, fordi stranden rett foran hotellet alltid er full av båter. Vannet er skittent, og det er ofte dårlig lukt. Ikke som på bildene.

Helhetsinntrykket er dessverre at hotellet ikke levde opp til forventningene våre, og vi er skuffet over oppholdet.

Kanonfrukost, närheten till allt o fin strand.
Pros:

Mysigt inrett. Härlig stämning.
Fantastiskt frukost, fanns mycket att välja på och även små utsökta bakverk. Underbar takterrass att äta frukost på. Närhet till stranden och utflykter. Personalen var otroligt fina människor som gjorde att jag kände mig så omhändertagen och välkommen.
Kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell. ❤️🐆

Great location, Unfortunate construction noise/timing
Pros:

Beautiful location, good breakfast options, nice restaurant decently priced had Shisha. Great staff and management easy to speak to and contact to get have anything done or any advice needed.

Cons:

Unfortunately the hotel had construction going on, on the roof of the hotel we should've been informed prior and been made aware. We had a room on the highest floor and the noise (excessive knocking was impossible to relax or even function). Fortunately the Management made every effort to resolve in the ways they could. Moved to a ground floor room, complimentary dinner and a complimentary hotel transfer upon checkout. Even though all this was done unfortunately for us the negatives outweighed the positives for our trip. Hopefully if the construction is complete this hotel would be ideal because of the location and great staff and management.

Mucho mucho ruido de día y de noche, no se podía dormir, los trabajadores muy poco profesionales, no se enteran de nada, el papel higiénico malísimo el más barato. La habitación no la hacen ni te dan agua,tuve que pedírsela, desde luego un hotel 4 estrellas no es, yo le daría 2.

Des vacances gâchées par un hôtel en travaux, sale et un personnel totalement indifférent à nos problèmes.

Le fait que cela soit en face de la plage.

Cons:

Nous avions réservé plusieurs nuits, mais notre séjour a été si catastrophique que nous sommes repartis après une seule nuit.

À notre arrivée, l’hôtel était en pleine rénovation. Des travaux avaient lieu partout, avec un bruit assourdissant du matin au soir. Il était même impossible de se parler. Malgré nos plaintes, le personnel n’a rien fait.

La chambre était sale, le linge avait été posé par terre, le papier toilette était déjà ouvert et plusieurs surfaces étaient collantes. Un ouvrier est même monté sur notre balcon pendant notre séjour.

Lorsque nous avons demandé un remboursement des nuits non utilisées, le personnel s’est montré arrogant et désagréable. Pendant deux jours, on nous a fait attendre un responsable qui n’est finalement jamais venu. Aucun remboursement, même pas de la taxe payée pour les nuits non effectuées.

Le petit-déjeuner était également très décevant. Le seul point positif est l’emplacement. Pour le reste, nous déconseillons fortement cet hôtel

Close to the main beach of Kendwa.
Friendly & very helpful staff.
Comfortable rooms with a beautiful view.
Lovely restaurants very close by.
Tanning areas well kept.
Breakfasts were lovely.
If there is a problem, staff promptly sorts it out.
Value for money.
It's a nice walk along the coast to Nungwi.
Village shops are very close by to buy water and snacks.

Cons:

They were building while we were there, so a bit noisy.
Internet was down for a day but that was a problem from the mainland with cable issues.
Take own swimming towel(not a problem, just something to be aware of.)

Un séjour inoubliable dans un cadre paradisiaque avec un service exceptionnel.
Pros:

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel. La chambre était très propre, confortable et offrait une magnifique vue sur la mer. Le personnel était toujours souriant, accueillant et disponible. Un grand merci au propriétaire, Al Pacino, pour son accueil chaleureux, sa gentillesse et son accompagnement tout au long de notre séjour. Il prend vraiment soin de ses clients et cela fait toute la différence. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter.

Cons:

Honnêtement, rien de particulier. Tout s’est très bien passé et nous avons pleinement profité de notre séjour.
