The sundeck and position of lodge is good
There was a aircon in the room next to our room which made a terrible noise and kept us awake both nights
We complained 3 times and they never solved the problem.
They also busy building and the builders were making a huge noise on the Saturday and Sunday.
We wanted to extend our stay in Zanzibar and decided to stay at another resort. We can't recommend them at all. The management needs to be sorted out

Buffet limité
Trop de coupures d’eau, pas d’eau chaude par moment, et pas d’eau du tout à d’autres. Connexion wifi trop souvent interrompu. Qualité des produits au petit dejeuner médiocre.

Most of the times there’s No water, no electricity, can’t even shower or use toilet, no WiFi, same breakfast everyday which was not nice
We have tried many hotels in zanzibar and with the same price, but this one was not worth it at all. In the pictures it seems like a beautiful resort but it's old and not clean at all. You have to ask for the towels and cleaning room every time. The water in the shower is either so hot or so cold. The breakfast was not good and even if you arrive before 10 you can find a lot of things finished. I don't recommend and not worth the price
The staff are nice and friendly.
Genuinely shocked that this hotel had a four star rating as I have never stayed in such a terrible hotel. The first room we stayed in was not clean, had a bad smell, dirty towels, a leaking bidet, and bed bugs so we were switched to a different room. The second room had issues with the shower as you could only get warm water for a few minutes before you had to shower in cold water. We got our room upgraded for last two nights it was much cleaner than the other ones but the was water pressure in the bathroom including the shower, bidet and tap were extremely bad to the point if you turned the shower on it would trickle like rain. The soap in the bathroom was also watered down. There was also loud noise from construction. The breakfast was nice but loads of crows taking your food and lunch and dinner was not good so we usually ate at other restaurants at the beach.
Niente. Struttura fatiscente. Tutto rotto (mobili, pavimento). Cumuli di spazzatura. Colazione a dir poco schifosa. Camere buie, umide e piccolissime. Le foto sono un inganno. Lasciato hotel in anticipo!!! Scappati!!!

Estaba en obras y todo muy sucio! Reservamos una habitación con piscina privada y estaba muy sucia e inutilizable, las hamacas estaban con herramientas de los paletas, obras a las 02:30 de la mañana!! La ducha no funcionaba bien
