This was an exceptional property great location

Very clean, the bathtub had jets which was very relaxing. Lovely breakfast, friendly staff. Ample parking for guests.

The hotel is in a beautiful rural setting. The staff were nice. The room was clean and tidy and the heating was great as it was cold when we arrived but the radiators can on super fast and warmed the room really quickly. The bathroom was a generous size.
The pictures of the room didn’t quite match the chalet type room we had. We booked the Blenheim room but it looked different to the pictures shown on booking.com. Also we charged our car over night having asked if this was ok and were told it was but in the morning there appeared to be an issue with this. Unfortunately this disappointed us.

Garden room very comfortable and clean. Fan available as no air conditioning. Food in restaurant very good. Nice outside bar area.

The welcome at reception was excellent. Rooms are good and comfy. The place was quiet during our stay which suited us. The dinner was excellent and beautifully presented. This is an excellent, small hotel.
A minor negative point is that the baths are very tall, but that is simply about practicality.
I had to hunt around and move the large desk to locate power sockets, these would be benefit from being relocated at the next refit.
Helt fantastiskt ställe och så prisvärt. Mysiga, fina rum, med sköna sängar. Stor rymlig parkering. Härlig, lugn omgivning. Vi var och åt på deras pizzeria en kort promenad bort. Mkt gott. Odlade egna grönsaker som används i restaurangerna. Trevlig och tillmötesgående perslnal. Hade gärna stannat längre.

Great location for visiting Chichester, The Witterings and Bosham. The hotel itself was really lovely, great breakfast and dinner in the restaurant on both nights. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and well maintained. Pretty gardens and plenty of outside seating areas.
The room was vary spacious, clean with a shower and water and excellent drinks tray supplied. It was set in a very pleasant peaceful garden area. Breakfast was excellent, with a cast range of choice, cooked and brought to the table by a very friendly team. 12/15 mins from Chichester in a country setting, perfect if exploring the city, local area or like us heading for Pompey the next day.
