Pros:

Great location. Secure undercover parking.
Friendly and helpful manager.
I had a specific request in the booking process and it was acted upon.
Plenty of linen and bed comfortable.

Cons:

The unit was quite dark and the patio area was accessed through the bathroom.
It was quite expensive per night which wasn't reflected in the standard of accommodation.

Pros:

The location was very convenient

Cons:

The weekend manager was not very helpful when we had issues with or toilet not flushing.
The bed was quite soft, which I am sure suits other people.
The noise from other rooms door closing was quite intrusive.

Clean. Well positioned. Great friendly staff. Bed comfortable.

Cons:

The room we had was tiny. We were on the bottom floor tucked away in a corner. It was very stuffy. It was very noisy. People coming and going had to walk past our room and the stairs to the upper level were very close. We could hear the guests above us use the bathroom all night. If you have trouble sleeping don't take room 208.

Excellent location, friendly staff, large one-bedroom apartment, parking availability.

Cons:

Air-conditioner and exhaust fan vents very dusty/clogged. Noise transferring from upstairs.

A great property in a fabulous location
Pros:

This is a great property for a short or long stay in Port Douglas. We stayed two nights in a hotel style room with courtyard and large bathroom. We found it very comfortable, quiet and we appreciated the bowls, plates and cutlery to self cater for breakfasts. Patrick the host was very friendly and helpful. And the pool was so relaxing as it was heated just right. Would certainly recommend a stay here and the location is fabulous with or without a car

Great spot, great stay.
Pros:

Location in town centre, walked everywhere but also private and quiet.
Shower and water pressure amazing.
Pool and bbq facilities very well maintained and clean.
Staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

King split bed, felt uneven and not that comfortable. Have slept in others previously however this time was more noticeable. Okay if you don’t like cuddles.

Great location, quiet due to adults only.
Pros:

The location is right in the centre, walking distance from most things you will need, food, drinks, shops. The pool was warm (maybe a bit too warm). The apartment is very comfortable. The no kids, is great for people who want to relax, especially by the pool.

Cons:

The bed was a bit uncomfortable. The pool a little warmer than I would like.

Perfect stay
Pros:

Lovely dual key accommodation- we had a one bed apartment and our daughter a studio. Lovely pool, great in room facilities. Great location

A good hotel with some downsides.
Pros:

The location is excellent. The pool is amazing. The staff were helpful. The room size was ok.

Cons:

The location means you hear all the noise from the bars and DJs and restaurants around. The bed was not great -,soft and lumpy.

Pros:

In the middle of town. Walking distance to both the beach and marina.

Cons:

The shower in bath. As it was an elevated platform to get into the spa bath (approx half a metre) I felt risk of slipping in and out was high.
