Pros:

Decidimos alojarnos en este lugar porque estaba muy cercano al evento que teníamos, pero sin duda alguna lo que más me gustó es irme y saber que jamás volveré.

Cons:

El hotel está situado cerca del ayuntamiento o del campanario, cada hora suenan las campanadas y está tan cerca que parece que suenen en la misma habitación.
En referencia al personal, se ve claramente la sobrecarga de trabajo que tiene ( la misma camarera del bar es la que atiende la recepción del hotel, incluso en horas punta) y lo muy quemado que está, a consecuencia el cliente paga su malhumor, el mal trato, sus caras y la mala voluntad que le ponen a todo.
La limpieza, muy justa.

L’accueil. Horrible. Pas de bonjour, pas de sourire, personnel sans éducation, aucune info, pas de mot de passe wifi. Nous partions à 6:00 du matin. Aucune info où il fallait déposer les clés. Arrivé dans hall d’entrée le matin de notre départ, j’ai glissé les clés dans une espèce de boîte à lettre du bureau de la réception fermé à clé. Et lorsque j’ai voulu pousser la porte d’entrée pour sortir de l’immeuble, je me suis rendu compte qu’elle était fermée à clé. Impossible de sortir. J’ai téléphoné au numéro de l’hôtel personne n’a répondu. J’ai donc dû faire tous les étages pour écouter aux portes des différentes chambres afin de savoir si quelqu’un était déjà éveillé pour venir nous ouvrir la porte. Nous avons perdu 20 minutes et quitte pour une belle frayeur de rater notre avion.

Très correct pour le prix, éloigné de Gerone.
Pros:

Hôel familial de qualité attendue pour ce type d'établissement. Restaurant classique avec menu et carte correct.

Cons:

Pour ma chambre, lit plus assez ferme et salle de bain avec très peu d'eau chaude et sans rideau de douche.

El aparcamiento esta demasiado lejos del hotel y con muchas maletas es un coñazo! Menos mal que no llegue a las 2 de la madrugada! Desayuno decepcionante.

Eravamo in 3, abbiamo preso 2 camere, una con Booking e un’altra con SmartBox. Ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. Ci tengo a scrivere qui un messaggio per chi si troverà a soggiornare all’Hotel Pinxo: l’Hotel è davvero ottimo a differenza delle recensioni che si possono trovare su Google, potete stare tranquilli. Prima di prenotare ho letto recensioni pessime che mi hanno fatto dubitare della mia scelta, ma devo dire che è stato un soggiorno davvero eccellente.

Además del descontrol al llegar , no les constaba que estaba ya pagado. Al entrar a la habitación olía todo a encerrado . Por el precio por noche le falta renovación a las habitaciones.
Después de todo nos dejamos unos zapatos en la habitación y cuando nos dimos cuenta llamamos y nos dijeron que allí no estaban.....
