Une bonne base pour visiter le secteur.
Pros:

Hôtel "du pub", de gamme moyenne. Mais on n'est pas dérangé par le bruit. Les chambres, d'ambiance plutôt rétro, sont très correctes et le personnel accueillant. Les repas sont de bonne qualité, sans plus, mais sans moins non plus. Bien placé pour découvrir la région.

Cons:

Pas de stationnement, mais on peut se garer dans la rue. Pas d’ascendeurs.

So did like it because of the location, but will not come back, I do come to see my family nearby.

The fact they allow dogs in the hotel and to live in the rooms I didn’t like, do you clean the carpet after every stay,coming from Australia we have law called occupational health and safety, would not have happened, so knowing it was this type of hotel I would not have stayed. I mean a dog crawling under the table when we’re trying to eat breakfast and having move so the owner could get the dog away, was not on. I do like dogs but in a public room no way.Was worried I would trip over it while it is sprawled on the restaurant floor.

Notre séjour correspondait à nos attentes. Demander une chambre coté cour de préférencepour le calme
Pros:

L'accueil était parfait et le personnel à l'écoute. Nous avons pu dîner sur place.
Très bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

La chambre est un peu bruyante du fait de l'absence de double vitrage sur une rue très passante. Mieux vaut demander une chambre coté cour pour les personnes sensibles au bruit.

La porte de la douche était cassée. L'hôtel est dans son jus et les employés courent de tous les côtés pour tout faire.

Pros:

Great location in the Trossach and close to the scenic three loch forest drive. Callander has everything you need and the Waverley is for sure the place to stay. Btw: best bed blanket I have ever tested.

Sentralt hotell, med gratis gateparkering.
Pros:

Meget sentralt. Grei parkering i nærheten, gratis. Veldig god mat i restauranten, enkel bestilling på en App. Koselig lokale restaurant og pub.
Meget blid og hyggelig dame som serverte oss frokost. Enkelt å reservere bord i restauranten, fleksible ift at vi fikk bestille dessert (fra baren) selv etter kjøkkenet var stengt.

Cons:

Dette hotellet, spesielt rommene, trenger å bli pusset litt opp. Madrassene er gamle og litt ubehagelige. Enkelt og greit bad, men ikke rengjort tilstrekkelig - med skitt i dusjen/flisene, en del hår i dusjen og på gulvet på badet. Dynetrekk og laken lå helt skrukkete og passet ikke til dynen(feil størrelse?). Støvete nattbord, lamper, lister, etc. Generell opplevelse av dårlig renhold.

Gute „britische“ Experience mit freundlicher Behandlung
Pros:

Gemütlich und gut gelegen am „Tor“ zu den Highlands. Super freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, im angeschlossenen Pub kann man gut essen und eine breite Palette von Bieren und Whiskeys genießen. Tolle Wandermöglichkeiten direkt vor Ort und in der näheren Umgebung.

Cons:

Die Zimmer zur Straße sind aufgrund der alten und etwas zugigen Fenster ein bisschen laut.

Goed geslapen, goed als tussenstop.
Pros:

Ruim als familiekamer, de kinderen konden apart slapen. Goede bedden.

Cons:

Enkel glas aan de straatzijde (drukke straat) en toevallig aan een zebrapad, dus vrij veel lawaai tot 21u.
Vuile glazen en tassen op de kamer.
Het ontbijt was ondermaats en wij zijn zelfs nog niet veeleisend.
