Clean and comfortable
Road noise kept me awake all night.
Double glazing would help
The staff where lovely, really helpful and accommodating. The accommodation was clean and welcoming, bonus was the bath after a long walk.
Nothing
Very friendly, good breakfast
No lounge bar
Comfy bed and pillows
Good shower and excellent breakfast
Central location
Friendly attentive staff
Early check out for a sunday. 11am would be much better.
Breakfast was delicious. Good place for a drink in the evening. Dog friendly. Staff friendly and helpful. Love this establishment.
The hotel was central to the town. It was clean, tidy and comfortable. The meals are pub style and good value. Staff were friendly.
Being central was a convenient but it was on the Main Street and they traffic noise in the morning was annoying. We had dinner in the restaurant/bar but they couldn’t come up with any English mustard; sorry we don’t have any was the reply. Drink prices were a bit OTT.
Sehr bequeme Betten.
Good place to stay in Callander
Bad WiFi
Convenient High Street location, easy parking, friendly onsite pub, and the breakfast was exceptional.
Nothing
Location.
The staff friendlyness
Very tired looking.
Lift was out of order on arrival.
Not enough staff
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the lovely bar downstairs, and the Full British breakfast was good. The town has a charming atmosphere, and I highly recommend exploring the nature trail around the area, especially the beautiful waterfalls.
While my stay was enjoyable, I did notice that the room was a bit tired and showed signs of the hotel’s age. Although the hotel could use some updates, it has its own unique vibe.
Zentrale Lage, Zimmer gross
Check in war nicht gsnz klar wo. Man muss ins Pub und konnte dann einchecken
Le haut plafond de la chambre.Decoration simple.Bon reseau Wifi.
Rien
This was a great central location. Both breakfast and dinner were great.
Signage showing where to book in.
Location was good, beds were comfy and quiet room despite being linked to a pub.
Rooms need refurbished, there was dusty vents, a hole exposing pipework in bathroom and walls had peeling paint from water ingress. Cables from tv were exposed and there was a mirror hanging from TV on wall. Reception is manned by staff from pub, and they were very busy trying to do both things. Our room was not cleaned when we went out or tea/milk replenished. Although when asked staff did get tea/milk for us. The hotel price for two nights was expensive and not worth what we got.
