Small, outdated hotel
Pros:

Small, rather outdated and run down hotel. Central location, nice staff

Cons:

Very outdated and run donw. Breakfast is very simple.

Cons:

Das Bad war in meinen Augen nicht gar so toll. Ich musste mich sehr vorsichtig auf den Toilettensitz setzen, sonst wäre ich runtergefallen (ernst gemeint). Der Sitz saß sehr locker, ließ sich nicht befestigen. Die Rohrverkleidung war stellenweise morsch u/o nicht vorhanden. Das Silikon an der Badewanne hatte stellenweise schwarze Schimmelflecken. Am Boden der Wanne war das Emaille hier und da weg, Wanne an diesen Stellen schwarz. Ich für meine Verhältnisse vertrage nicht so gut, wenn die Sanitäreinrichtung nicht sauber und gepflegt wirkt. Ich sage bewusst "WIRKTE nicht sauber" (obwohl sie es vielleicht ist). Dieser Anschein entsteht, wenn Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen aufgeschoben werden. Aber☝️ - Der Boden war neu!😁

Cons:

Room was clean enough but felt small things like kettle obviously hadn't been cleaned. .
Maybe wee bit shortbread for tea 😆

Pros:

Room was spacious and comfortable. Both the bedroom & bathroom were well-maintained and clean. The staff in the hotel were friendly and knowledgeable. The location of the hotel was great; very central.

Cons:

Toiletries provided were very sparse - some handsoap and some combined shower/hair gel which was nearly empty. The toilets could also do with a refresh or deep clean but this was a minor concern.

So did like it because of the location, but will not come back, I do come to see my family nearby.

The fact they allow dogs in the hotel and to live in the rooms I didn’t like, do you clean the carpet after every stay,coming from Australia we have law called occupational health and safety, would not have happened, so knowing it was this type of hotel I would not have stayed. I mean a dog crawling under the table when we’re trying to eat breakfast and having move so the owner could get the dog away, was not on. I do like dogs but in a public room no way.Was worried I would trip over it while it is sprawled on the restaurant floor.

Une bonne base pour visiter le secteur.
Pros:

Hôtel "du pub", de gamme moyenne. Mais on n'est pas dérangé par le bruit. Les chambres, d'ambiance plutôt rétro, sont très correctes et le personnel accueillant. Les repas sont de bonne qualité, sans plus, mais sans moins non plus. Bien placé pour découvrir la région.

Cons:

Pas de stationnement, mais on peut se garer dans la rue. Pas d’ascendeurs.

Good stop for lunch
Pros:

Didn't stay at the hotel, but ate at the pub. Food was very reasonably priced and was very good. The bartenders and servers were very nice and helpful. Would definitely visit here again. A great stop for lunch while shopping in town.
