Location is very good. It is difficult to imagine that such a quiet green neighbourhood exists in the middle of the city. The rooms are part of a flat in an apartment complex. The facilities are decent.
Food was good. We were offered uttappam and chutney for breakfast and it was excellent. Later on, in the night we ordered 4 plates of dinner involving roti, rice, dal and sabzi made of allu-matar-gobi. It was also very well made. Very healthy and homely food, with none of the kurma-type masala that restaurants tend to offer.
Friendly and helpful staff. They were attentive to our needs whenever requested. The place was peaceful, since it was a bit far from the main road.
Room lacked basic amenities expected in hotel rooms like kettle, tea-coffee sachets, soaps, handwash. Some cupboards were not clean and the hangers were broken. Room cleaning needs to be done on daily basis, balcony was dusty.
Complimentary breakfast was minimal, just one standard item given rather than multiple choices that was advertised.
The hotel is a bit far from Baner main road.

Its a nice villa, with old antique furniture. I liked it.
The basic facilities like dustbin ,hand towel in bathroom drinking glass ,kettle with accessories (teabag etc)in room were absent
