Pros:

Central location, fine for a nights stay in Belper.
Nice continental breakfast
Good staff

Cons:

Room noisy from a fan below, but we had been told there would be noise at hotel so were ok with it

Staff are fantastic

Cons:

Booked a king size room at extr cost to be greeted with 2 singles pushed together both of which were quite sunken which caused a great big lump in the middle.

Would not book again!

Wouldn't use the hotel again.

Cons:

As a single guest I got a tiny room over the main door with noisy plumbing, a fusty smell and uncomfortable pillows which needed freshening up.
The window was open when I arrived and I had to leave it as the room needed airing. This meant the noise from the adjacent petrol station was quite loud.
Not good value for the price.

Exeptional staff and outstanding hotel
Pros:

Staff were fabulous and helpful. The food was exceptional (we had a meal in the restaurant and full English breakfast)
The hotel was placed close to the town centre with plenty of bars restaurants and coffee shops.

Cons:

If I had to be hyper critical and forced to pick one thing, it would be that being over 6' tall, I found all the mirrors in the room to low.
