Me encantó la verdad muy lindo. Tiene buena piscina excelente vista céntrica a los lugares turísticos el lobby muy lindo, el desayuno es divino, hay tres opciones les recomiendo la salchichas guisadas que rico, el personal muy amable el señor y la recepcionista johanys, realmente estuve satisfecha mi estadía en ese hotel. Lo único que sí recomendaría es que trabajaran en el olor de las habitaciones , huelen a guardado como a húmedo pero resto todo excelente. Y bueno mejorías en el internet que pueda llegar a las habitaciones

La cama era lo unico bueno

Falta de mantenimiento que deben darle al hotel las tollas estaban manchadas, te ponen mala cara en atencion al cliente, la manija de la puerta dañada, las sillas de la piscina eata oxidada, el baño se desbordaba, la piscina tenia mucho clorox que me pelo.

Le seul point positif de cet hôtel est la piscine située au dernier étage avec une belle vue sur l'océan. Malheureusement, seulement 3 transats éventrés pour un hôtel de 17 étages.

Cons:

Hôtel mal entretenu malgré son aspect moderne. Les dalles de notre chambre sont décollées, le coffre ne fonctionne pas etc...Le ménage laisse à désirer. Le personnel est très peu réactif. Pas de petits déjeuners sucrés, pas de jus de fruits, ni de fruits alors qu'ils sont affichés sur le menu. La wifi ne fonctionne pas dans les chambres.. très mauvais rapport qualité prix, alors que nous avons séjourné dans d'autres hôtels moins chers et bien mieux à Panama city.. Quartier où il est déconseillé de sortir après 21h. Nous espérons que Booking va réagir et nous dédommager pour nous avoir proposé ce type d'établissement mais ce n'est pas gagné car leur réponse est qu'ils sont désolés et nous proposent seulement de contacter l'hôtel : POUR QUOI FARE ?
