Pros:

Lovely old building in beautiful town , very quiet at night and very friendly staff . Really impressed that there was iat milk available in the bedroom

Cons:

Room was very hot and would have been good to open the windows more fully. Great to have vegan choices for breakfast but it was small, perhaps 2 sausages rather than one?

Great location and great property to host a hen do.
Pros:

We stayed in Acorn House which had spacious rooms and well designed spaces. With all the facilities we needed, including a very good coffee machine.

Cons:

There were a few items in the kitchen missing like surface spray, kitchen roll and scissors and some of the shelves looked like they hadn’t been dusted in a while.

One word disappointing
Pros:

The room was excellent the staff were polite and helpful.

Cons:

Our stay included breakfast and we decided to eat in their restaurant which was a mistake the double cheese soufflet was more like a dumpling solid with no air or rise drown in a gluppie cheese sauce. When we sent it back we were advised that was how it was meant to be? Absurd! The sharing Camembert platter, the cheese was fine not much to go wrong the cured meat selection was 4 pieces of sweaty Parma ham and 4 slices of cured ham - sad no imagination.

Cons:

We arrived at 6 on Sunday night so bit disappointed that no food available. However we ate in Tetbury which was very good and a chance to have a wander around the charming town.

Choice of ales on tap in the bat and a really good breakfast in the .morning. Every member of staff we interacted with was personnable and helpful.

Cons:

Room was billy boiling in the evenings even with a fan in the room, but we can't really blame the establishment for a heatwave

Generally very hospitable staff, nice accommodation and nice out of town but convenient location.
Pros:

Breakfast was fantastic and breakfast staff also excellent, room cleanliness excellent

Cons:

Evening staff not so good, plates etc needed clearing, staff were ignoring clearing these up when delivering food.
Bed was curving down at edges, not brilliantly comfortable.

Very good relaxing Hotel
Pros:

Evening Meal, limited choice but excellently presented and enjoyable. Breakfast could have had more Cereal options they were only two Cereal and two drink options which made the Continental Breakfast poor value.

Was enjoyable if NOT in our allocated room - Room 2
Pros:

Nice characterful property in good location on outskirts of Tetbury

Cons:

Our room was ground floor & garden benches placed outside only window in the room, which meant we couldn’t open the only window without a lot of noise and cigarette smoke from some customers smoke coming into the room - and in the current t heat was less than ideal🥵! Such a shame

Absolutely lovely, location wise, staff wise and nice pub across the rd
Pros:

The staff are friendly, the food was lovely and the house was great, as it's an older building there is no downstairs toilet which some may find an issue. But we managed just fine.
We will definitely stay again.
